They always update the prebuilt decks when the expansion is added via a patch  before the expansion can be purchased.

So in theory, Whizbang will allow you early premium access to Rastakahn Rumble decks!

It would be a funny and unexpect way to test some new deck a little earlier. 

Blizzard could do that as long as you wont be able play ranked with Whiz until the official release date of RR. It would be unfair to those that dont have Whiz in their collection. 

I just tried playing w/ Whizbang and before the game finds a "worthy opponent" I get an error message : (

Yeah I think someone said it went live at 12pm PST today, so y'all that tried it and didn't work, try it again? If the person above me is serious because I haven't tried it yet. I may craft wizbang just because of this though lol

I played a few games with Whizbang and I didn't get any new cards in the deck... I think this was clickbait, :(

 Seems to only work with the Shudderwock recipe from what I can tell.

Apparently only the Shudderwock recipe is showing new cards, I got this deck twice and could check it myself

Yeah, it seems to work with Shaman.  I fought against and lost to a shaman who had Rain of Toads and Totemic Smash.  Both seem pretty good.
