I don't know about anyone else, but I get super pissed when someone feels like they've lost and instead of just conceding the match, they "leave".
Does this irritate anyone else? I honestly think that if a player chooses to "leave", it should ding them for more than a one star drop. Honestly, it's not that hard to just concede the match if you feel you lost.
I get that sometimes there are DC issues, and those should be the exceptions, not the rule. I could take a hit on my rank points once in a while if I DC and get more than one star removed for it because it happens so infrequently that it wouldn't be a big deal.
My qualm, honestly is primarily when a match up is bad for your opponent or you just get a killer starting hand or mulligan. What does everyone else think? Shouldn't Blizzard do something about this rather than spending time on useless R&D for Classic cards to be moved into Wild only environments?
Yeah I really don't understand why this bothers you. Timing out is admittedly a bit annoying but the opponent just leaving does nothing to you. Honestly I love it when I get my opponent to leave. That means you made them rage so hard they stopped playing the game over just calling it a loss and trying again. Admittedly Idk which is more petty, my enjoyment out of getting opponents to rage quit the game or it bothering you when they do
As a player who sometimes lose because my conection sucks, i think it would he a bad idea. Sometiimes is obvious when al player rage quited, but sometimes it could be just a lag problem, and if blizzard applies this, people with a bad conection would suffer even more than they do now

How do you expect Blizzard to be able to differentiate between a DC and leaving the actual game every time it happens?

Honestly, it's not an issue that needs to be addressed at all, ever.
Not sure if serious. I hope not. I really don't want to have to explain why this is dumb.
Serious players grind ladder on their PC, I do quest/brawls/friendly matches on my phone, not grinding.
Your'e not really playing the children's card game unless its on an epic pro gamer pc to get that sweet sweet 60 FPS in a game where it doesn't matter.

Blizzard can’t even get the DC issues fixed, they are never going to fix this. And if someone wants to rage quit, they are entitled to that right

Whenever that happens I'm thinking; I made that nerd rage quit.
Boo hoo hoo. Whiner. Here is a tissue for your tears!
the win is even sweeter when they leave. plus sometimes ppl get dc mid match, rare but imagine dropping more stars for a turn 3 dc

Disconnect issues are real. Spotty internet connection, you are losing and feel like it’s not worth your time to disconnect.
OP clearly has no concept of how a computer network works. Probably thinks the HS server is some Linux box in a closet at Blizz HQ.
Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.
a mobile game cannot punish potentially inconsistent internet connections
73.5% of people that voted tend to leave matches they are losing.... 🤔🤔🤔
I also recommend having the rope do 1damage a sec. Damaged applied after turn is passed :P
Uhm. No.
Sometimes it is a last match I am playing for the day so..........might as well just close the app rather close the app by clicking more buttons.

Unpopular opinion: Rogue is OP
i voted no and i never left a match. i have dced tho hence my vote.
regarding the dmg per sec on rope that goes away after seems actually interesting
ehh.... not really....i dont mind if they leave unless i'm really in a hurry, but then again i wouldnt be playing HS if i was in a rush anyways
