So some minutes ago I got banned from Toast's Twitch chat for asking him if he has already talked about the new revealed cards. Why the f... does he ban people who don't do nothing? I understand that some users deserve it, but damn am I even not allowed to ask questions anymore? And that's the second time too. For fuck's sake.
I know this thread can easily be part of the Salt thread (I'm really salty indeed, despite this ban doesn't deny me to watch his streams) but I'm trying to avoid answers like "why do you watch that guy? so cringey"
Back a few weeks ago when toast talked shit on hearthstone 24/7 I said “Why do you still play a game that you talk shit on” and I got banned. That’s when I realized he’s clearly a PG streamer which I’m not a fan of. I want to watch streamers who speak their mind, instead of constantly having a filter of what they say. Asmo for example is super realistic because you can see that he gets super salty too and he doesn’t bother hiding it. I’ve seen him roast the shit out of stream snipers and counter queuers, so I don’t think he’s holding much back. But yeah. Watch streamers who are real.
You sure it wasn't just repeated in chat of no reasking the same question before you got into the chat? Even then ask the mods on his channel, they do most bans not him.

I asked it I think two times but not one immediately after the other cause I know there are some spam-rules. I asked to the mods for the first time (like 2 months ago) and they didn't even answer me

Please give me some names, I'll give them a try after the new expansion's launch
Yeah, the abrasiveness is part of Toast's schtick. If you want a polite, gentle-mannered steamer you should watch someone ekel.
That's not judging; everyone had their own stage persona. Given how Toast presents himself, a ban is more expected thana well-reasoned discussion.
Yeah but I didn't ask something difficult to answer. A "yes/no" would have been enough or maybe even a "I'll talk about it later/I don't want to talk about it". A straight ban for someone who didn't really do anything seems rude, and judging from the comments I've read so far in this forum I'm not the only one
Toast is simply overly sensitive and much too quick to ban viewers for criticizing him, no matter how gently. The proper response is not to subscribe to his stream.
He was playing fibonacci's mechathun warrior, then he played Harrison Jones and conceded immediatly. I typed "that deck belongs to the museum" and got banned. I made a bad HS pun and got banned.
2) His chat moves fast, and twitch ban button is single click. I've accidentally banned the wrong users a dozen times on slower scrolling channels.
True, but when I've watched Toast before he sometimes talks about banning people for really dumb reasons. Like recently someone said something like "Toast I think you missed lethal" and he responded, "Explain to me how I missed lethal, or you're banned."
Honestly, I've watched him less and less lately and I'm better off for it.
Watch the video that is out today, Hadronox was played how many times? In less than 3 minutes he banned 2. First off, I think he is full of himself and second he only wants people that are big brained to comment and third he does not want anyone to be critical of his gameplay. I watch wowhobbs and thijs and toast but I have never noticed this I am better than you way he presents himself until now.
Edit: I am going to start watching him less and less.

I should have seen it coming. Pretty fair dude.

Yeah but damn I wasn't disrespectful. At least I would have understood it if it was for that

Someone was once banned for saying "Hello" to Toast. NotLikeThis

You should be thankful because now you won't have to watch this idiot again.

Yeah like others have said , toast banning you is a blessing in disguise.
Just don't watch his content anymore. If he's going to be gross to his fans, then he doesn't need fans.

He later said that the deck was bad.
Now I only watch zalae, firebat and purple.
1) It's his moderators not him that's banning you

Anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake.

I'm not dead yet!
If you've got time to watch someone else play, then why aren't you playing it yourself?
