You're salty and deluded. Every deck takes skill to pilot and Odd Paladin has more depth to it than you think. Your perception playing against it is not a measure of its complexity. Why don't you take it to legend if it's so brainless?
Just because you don't know/understand something, doesn't mean it's stupid
Ive played odd Paladin and it's easy. Biggest choice you have is the mulligan and after that it's close your eyes and play whatever minion, hit hero power and hope to have enough little dudes to Level Up on turn 5. Worse way to teach anyone Hearthstone as someone said before. There are no decisions to make. It's a cancer deck. Your opponent goes on the defensive as people are very aware of what happens when you leave little dudes on the board. It is easy. Requires no skill. Sadly it does win most of the time as it is easy to overwhelm your opponent. My win-rate over 2 days was almost 75%. When I lost it was mostly to other odd Paladins or aggro decks.

I don't even have a productive response to this. It just really made me laugh.

^ Said it best.
Odd Pal, Zoolock, Aggro Druid are all stupid braindead garbage that makes pirate warrior almost seem high IQ. Generating 2 minions from start of game is ridiculous. Even if you stat with 2 vinecleavers in hand, you can comfortably hero power spam the board. I've played both odd and even pal and deleting them both within the week because it's boring as painting walls white. Wanna play a unique paladin? Spiteful Pal, Cthun Pal, Elemental Pal, even Handbuff Taunt Pal is a more interesting play.
On paper it looks like a brainless deck, just hit the button and keep making boards people have to deal with.
But it isn’t that simple. The best players know when to trade or go face, when to commit to going wide or when to be frugal with resources.
The tokens might be infinite but the spells, buffs and weapons which win the game aren’t.
I play control mage/paladin/priest and it’s often far more in my favour against odd paladin as you can simply run them out of resources and then play big shit they can’t handle. Some would argue that’s way easier to pilot as you’re just stalling and removing so there are fewer decisions to make.
I wish words could describe the amount of loathing i feel towards Hearthstone as a game. Yet i keep playing. Maybe its time i took control and just said "No thanks, i can do without that kind of negativity in my life" and just quit. Odd paladin might not be top dog forever, but theres always going to be "a top dog", and you can bet your ass your going to hate playing against it. And so on and on and on and on it goes.
I would recommend it to any beginner hoping to learn the basics of when to trade, when to push face, when to hold back resources and when to push further.
Hehehe! Odd paladins don't trade.... XD That's just silly...
Is odd paladin even really top dog? From what I have heard its win rate at high ranks (even 10-1) is not the best the reason the skew shows it so high is because it doing so well against ranks 50-10 which contains a lot of people.

Personally I feel ya. This next part is not a "git gud" comment, merely my experience. I have found however, that as you get better and better at deck crafting to your own personal needs, you tend to start rising above those meta decks. Now Cubelock was a problem and Warlock in general now is a bit of a problem. Not in the sense that they are particularly dominating but merely how polarizing Warlock decks are and how hard it is to tech and mulligan against. Druid has this same problem. At least Warlock and Druid are the problem classes imo. If you are looking for a new control deck to try out I'd recommend my Big Deathrattle Priest deck, it has been highly successful in this meta: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1194488-big-deathrattle-priest
Of all the decks around lately, to me Odd Paladin seems the worst. Yeah, Taunt Druid with Hadronox is pretty bad with all the re-summoning of that epic, but it's still not just as straight-up dumb as Odd Paladin. The thing about Odd Paladin is that it's so basic and so elementary. There is really nothing to the deck. There are no real combos, there aren't any complicated plays you need to make. Just push the button and Level Up and win. At least decks like Test Subject Priest I can respect because setting up and executing that combo is a challenge, cheesy as it may be, but Odd Paladin, come on...
There have been countless threads like this, most by people who haven't even played the deck themselves. If you think Odd Paladin is a stupid deck, it's usually an indicator of your own ignorance instead. You do realize there are dozens of combinations, and a ton of things to experiment with if you get bored? This is a very versatile deck with a ton more room for experimentation/customization than either Odd Rogue or Zoolock.
Swap out Divine Favor for Witch's Cauldron and the deck plays/feels very different. Swap Corridor Creeper for Flesheating Ghoul (you also need to tech in a couple taunts to protect it) and now you got additional high-damage threats for opponent to deal with (at the expense of slower play). Swap in a few mechs, and you got Odd/Mech Hybrid. Swap in Azalina Soulthief and now you flip your worst matchup (Quest Warrior) into one of your strongest (by being able to play her right after they finish their quest and equip Sulfuras on the same turn). Swap in Sword of Justice to tech against 1-damage removals. Swap in Leeroy Jenkins to make the deck faster, swap in Prince Liam to give you better mid/late game. There are countless versions to tinker with.
My point is, if you think there is nothing to this deck, maybe the real problem is you and your lack of creativity. If you netdeck, expect "stupid" netdeck results.
