So does anyone know why blizzard changed the way that you open packs on mobile? How as soon as you hover over the card it reveals, rather than revealing each one by tapping it. I know it isn't a huge change but it's one I'm not a big fan of. Do you think they should have left it the way it was?
Yea really not a fan of it either... way less exciting to open packs the new way haha. I'm assuming it's to streamline the opening and make it more convenient and easy for mobile users
Didn't love it, but then I hated the old way too just because it was SO touchy. How many times I tapped to turn over a card and instead it swiped to the next card.
I noticed today that on my laptop if I push space it flips the cards around. Is this new too? I knew you could load a new pack with the space bar but I never saw space flipping the cards over before today.
I'm not crazy about it, but I don't open packs on mobile very often. I'll be sure to wait on December 4th with Rastakhan's Rumble releasing to do it on laptop or PC and not mobile. It may take longer to open them all, but there is that level of suspense of which to click, which might have an epic or legendary, etc. This new method, they may as well just have them all flipped over as soon as the pack bursts open. Hope they change it back for mobile users and they don't go this way with the PC.
Although, if their Diablo team is any indication on how much they pay attention to what their player base wants, I doubt they'll go back.
I feel like the way pack opening works in Shadowverse is like this but way more elegant. This new method seems to be bridging the gap between the old way and the way Shadowverse works while ignoring why they are each good in their own way.

Yeah, I don't like it. I liked the old thing.

its weird- i don't hate it, but I don't really see how it's better, just something to adjust to.
Still waiting on the double tap to load the pack into the “opening machine”...
Dibbity don't touch that!
I just liked opening them in order of rarity. it made the suspense of seeing that orange glow feel so good

Same here.
Sucks.
Yep, I got pretty cut when I opened a pack and the legendary turned straight away without even touching anything.
Not a fan.

I like certain aspects of it. The glow without having to hover is one improvement I love.
Absolutely hate it. This should be optional.

I enjoy.

The Lich King
Same thing happened with me and my friend, but in the 6 packs I got 2 legendaries, 1 golden!!
I like it better now: you can still decide the hovering speed to open slow or fast.
the new method is much better, finally they did something right.

Felt great to me, when opening a large number of packs it won't take forever.
Love it
