On this page, go down to the bottom right where it says "Send a message" and click on the first icon to the right which will allow you to buy bits.
Choose "Get Bits" and purchase at least 2500 bits. Make sure you cheer these bits on this page only.
Once you cheer all of your bits you will be unable to get the packs.
Below the video at the top of the page, you will see "Event Progress" "Loot" and "Info". Choose "Loot". Over to the right, click on "Redeem All". When you log back into HearthStone, you should receive your 10 Personal Rewards and 4 Community Rewards.
Hopefully you'll be able to follow my steps. If not, maybe someone else can explain this a little better than I did. I think it's a good deal for all of the card packs you get (including 1 ALL GOLDEN Classic pack) and the exclusive card back.
1. Welcome bundle - 10 packs for #5 2. Twitch promotion. If you have not ever bougth bit, you get 1000 for $10 and 1500 for $19.95 ($29.95 total) - you receive 14 classic packs, 6 Witchwood, 4 Boomsday, 2 Kobolds, 2 Frozen Knights, 2 Ungoro packs, one golden classic pack and a card back (30 + 1 packs in total) 3. The Halloween pack - $20 for 20 packs and a hero 4. Preorder of next expansion
Thanks for the response! My twitch account is linked but I can't see anywhere to purchase the promo?
When you log into Twitch on the Bottom right there is an option to purchase bits. Then you send them on Playhearthstone channel and redeem the packs/cardback. You should have the 1000 bits for $10 as first purchase promo available.

Wow too edgy. He asked for opinions, we don't force him to do anything.
I would recommend to buy classic packs till u have all commons/rares and most of the playable epics/legendarys.
If you invest in newer packs i would only buy some which are in standard for 1year + But if ure missing good classic-cards u will always struggle with making new decks

I don't see a lot of whining. I see a lot of recommendations to either wait for the pre-order (that's a great deal) or take advantage of sales. The question was asked in a public forum so there will be lots of different reactions to it, including suggesting alternatives. I also see a lot of sarcasm. I think a lot of the varied answers are because it looks like the OP wants to spend $50 right now and seems very determined to spend no fewer than $50. A lot of people think it's better to wait. As a matter of fact, after I've read responses suggesting alternatives, I've changed my mind and want to spend $50 on pre-ordering the next expansion. It historically has been a good deal and after thinking about it it might be a good choice for me. Buying a lot of cards now isn't really a good idea, but with a new expansion it is a great idea.
While this is correct, my comment is aimed at the people telling him not to spend money on hearthstone EVER.

Since the OP said that he doesn't really want to invest into expansions that are going to rotate next year:
You can either get packs/cards from last year, or decide to not really play the game competitively until the rotation. And nobody can tell you what cards will matter next year. From today's perspective, there's no real point in purchasing Witchwood or Boomsday packs, or crafting any cards. And better wait and see what the next expansion brings, before you preorder.
There are some pretty good cards in Witchwood, and my personal bet is that Baku the Mooneater will remain just as relevant as it is today, but nobody can tell you what will be worth having. All that can be said is that for now, Witchwood is not too good standalone, and Boomsday is mostly a failed expansion.

Yes, older cards can seem pretty powerful, but you are correct in not wanting to invest heavily in those sets. Right now there isnt a lot of time left to play them in standard. If your just starting out and only playing standard investing in sets that rotate isnt a sound plan as you will find yourself in the same place in April of 2019. Some will say you can disenchant the rotated cards, but you only get back 1/4th of the crafting cost, a terrible return.
After going through the comments I would suggest you, firstly, Should you spend money on this game?
I was a F2P player when started in Sept 2015 up until Ungoro launch, as I didn't have disposable income until then. Moving to the point, do I regret spending money on HS? NO, I DON'T REGRET IT. I have spent approximately £600. Reason being, HS has brought me pleasure (upon winning), something to focus on when I could be bored to death and end up in depression, it also led me to twitch and hearthpwn, which are wonderful places if you enjoy a particular game.
Secondly, I always plan ahead, so I keep checking amazon coin deals every other day and buy the 10000 coin bundle at the cheapest rate which is approximately 24% discount. I buy the pre-order as it gives me good value for money. With 10000 coins I opened 80 packs pre-order and i save gold and open around 70 - 80 packs. In total around 150 - 160 packs. I think this is enough to have a decent set. I also hit rank 5 every month just for the golden epic reward which gives you extra 400 dust. Always refresh your quest if it a 50 gold quest and be nice to people in your friendlist, not everyone trades the 80 gold quest, a lot of guys in my friendlist play with me when they get the 80 gold quest.
Finally, regarding the money you are about to spend, if I were you, I would save it for the next expansion and constantly check amazon for 10000 coin cheapest deal personally, I buy when I get 24% discount.

Almost all current decks rely mostly on last year content. Druid, for example, will be a completely different class next year without Branching Paths, Ultimate Infestation, Malfurion the Pestilent, Spreading Plague, Lesser Jasper Spellstone, Arcane Tyrant, Oaken Summons, etc.. Every single good Druid deck uses most or all of these cards, and Druid is a huge factor in the current metagame; meaning that nobody knows what decks will be good or bad once this changes.
Same goes for Hunter. Whether you play with secrets or cubes or spells, no Hunter deck is likely to survive the rotation (except maybe the old midrange formula). Lesser Emerald Spellstone, Flanking Strike, Kathrena Winterwisp, Play Dead, Wandering Monster, Crackling Razormaw, Carnivorous Cube, Rhok'delar, many more and most importantly Deathstalker Rexxar are all rotating out, and will be hard to replace.

This game doesn't follow a P2W card game model so wasting money on it is pointless.

If you are in your first year of playing please read this post.
Dust does not burn a hole in the jar. Be careful what you craft, especially before and right after a rotation.
