I got this idea for a card rarity above legendary, which maybe could possibly work.
These cards are special cards that are just buffed up verisons of classic set legendaries.
I'll call them Ultimate cards for lack of a better name.
Some Rules: - Only one Ultimate card allowed in a deck. (Which means you can't have the class legendary and a few neutrals, need to pick one.) - All of these cards are going to be 10 mana. (1 played late game, 2 it usually will take your whole turn to play.) -These cards are all from the classic set. (Which basically means no cards from new sets, only stronger versions of classic cards.) -Cannot be summoned, Recruited or Cloned. (To make it fairer, I believe that the only way that these cards should be played are through drawing. If people could recruit or summon it would be chaos, I'd rather these cards be as walls in decks then whole deck material.)
Mana: 10 Attack: 9 Health:9 For the rest of your game, your choose options give you both choices.
This is probably a really bad idea but I dunno i think it would be cool if the classic cards got some new verisons of themselves as stronger cards. A new card rarity could be cool too. Any suggestions for balancing?
I mean, that would just increase Draw luck in the game overall as it strictly depends on drawing it, and also will make the game even more pay to play 🤔 But I appreciate your creativity!
They are called "Ultimate Cards" because "Who-draws-this-card-sooner-wins-the-game cards" was too long :P
Seriously, Al Akir is 10 mana 16 damage and a massive body. Pyroblast is 10 mana 10 damage.

Isn't it Artifact above Legendary in World of Warcraft?
I guess Blizz wouldn't want to call it that in Hearthstone though! :)
