One constant thing we see in new player issues is that there's not a real way for players to play with card collections without grinding a few "vanilla" decks for gold to get packs. Whizbang would fix that. In these new ranks, if Whizbang was a Classic card every player had access too (eventually) then all new players would be experimenting with decks recipes, which ARE meant to be introductory ways into deckuilding. Not only that every set they would update keeping it fresh. I think he is all around a great newbie card.
Blizzard themselves said when they released the new classic cards that one of the things they liked best was rogue and mages "random spell" cantrips cause it would allow newer players to play with cards they didnt own. So yeah, Make him Classic so new players always have a route to go.

Hi i'm Tyler and I play hearthstone and watch anime.
Sometimes i make cards. I'd like to do that for a career one day if ever possible.
If Blizzard doesn't make him a classic card, he will just become an absolute trash tier card that allows you to play standard deck recipes in wild only. Making him a classic card just makes a lot of sense and I see no good reason to not do it.

I love this card, I get access to cards I don't own yet.
