This year has already been the least shaken meta for 2 whole expansions. Imagine if a third one wasn't on its way...

Start of Year: Provoke the failure of 3 expansions, force nerfs on otherwise balanced cards, bring deckbuilding to an all-time low and get rotated one year earlier for being such a threat to the game's health. - Genn and Baku's historical entry on the White Book of Shit Design, shortly before retiring unpunished
If anything the 3 sets a year makes it to slow....... I feel we need little (micro) sets maybe to help keep the game from feeling so stale maybe like a small adventure mode like we used to have twice a year?
Real card games get much more than this the issue I think blizzard likes is having 1 set themes I feel a theme should be a year for more ways to be used rather than here is 12 adapt cards now forget that was ever a keyword.
A mini-adventure mode, with the cards released over time (like a wing a day maybe? for a week, maybe two?) that releases two months into the latest expansions' life right when the meta is getting stale and predictable, would do wonders. Imagine if there were new cards being released right now (provided they didn't suck) that we could tinker with and build around and find ways to include into existing decks or build new ones around. Just a few new cards. It'd keep most everyone from bitching about stale meta or calling for nerfs/buffs (provided there's nothing *truly* busted in the meta), and maybe make Blizz a few bucks. Charge gold or real money. I'd sure as hell buy in .
The best moments in HS are the few weeks after a release of a new expansion before the netdeckers ruin all the fun, 3 expansion for year is too low, much better 5 or 6 expansions.

lol, and how do you suggest people keep up with 5 or 6 expansions a year? it's difficult enough to keep up with 3 a year let alone anymore.

Rumors are carried by haters, spread by fools, and accepted by idiots.
I have to admit as a f2p player myself, it's really hard to keep up with decks, each time i finally get a deck the way i want it to, a new expansion gets released and the deck i was tryharding for for 3-4 months is useless...
Nope, shake it up. If they really want it to be a CCG, they need to keep the meta fluid and eliminate the gotta-have mentality. I like how Eternal releases free promo cards to disrupt the meta ever other month or so. HS could do the same, as they did with Marin the Fox, except a real card instead of an unplayable meme.

If you, like me, don't want to spend money just focus in 2 or 3 classes to make the decks, you don't need to get all for the 9 classes all the time.
Is the OP high? The game is currently so dull, people like Savjz and MrYagut and StanCifka are moving to Artifact.
ye and I think it's coming to the point where many more will follow now, even Fr0zen has quit tournament play till at least next rotation because he hates how the game is currently.

Nah, i was kinda sleepy haha. Newayz, i notice that boomsday gave quite alot of new ways to play, while the biggest decks right now are almost the same as the witchwood meta. But whenever a "new" card gets discovered, things shake up immediately. Examples are Super Collider and Subject 9.
It took a while for those to get settled and bring their decks to top tier level, and yet there are still alot of powerful cards yet to be discovered/played. That raises the question to me that if this sense of too slow is more the result of people leaning on the cards of the last set they just got to know, or maybe that many players still lack quite some cards of the new set?
If you feel that's the case......you can always play wild........although meta changes effect the wild meta.....it's not as affected as standard........renolocks or odd rougues are most likely going to be strong for quite some time.
Every expansion so many new synergies and possibilities. We barely have time to figure out what really works!
With 2 expansions every year, this would be so much better.
/s?
I thought people are complaining that the meta is kinda stale rn?
Do you play Go/Weiqi/Baduk?
I am 4D
Please no...

bitch please. See other games that have 4 sets/year + support products and re-impressions

Right above this thread I see a thread called "I'm salty at Blizz for taking things too slowly". . . ahh, I love Hearthpwn.

This sounds like a F2P-based opinion?
If anything, waiting for the next expansion can seem like an eternity at times...
