I don't remember any serious cards I crafted and hated. I do regret forgetting to craft silv when HoF was announced, stupid stupid, and I forgot to craft Ice Block too, but that's not as bad as I absolutely despite mage as a class. Best of all time is definitely N'Zoth the Corruptor
Worst: Quest warrior, the deck is boring as hell, played only 3 games and can't take anymore, the only reason I don't dust is because can be useful in some Brawl or solo content, for play in ladder or casual never more.
Best: Thalnos, this little guy was my first craft and never was useless, almost every rogue deck I play he is included.
Best: jarraxus, ragnaros, gul'dan, mal'ganis, leach king, sylvanas, dr. Boom, glinda, lord godfrey, reno, emparor, krul, kazakus, n'zoth, soularium, skull and many more golden cards that arent legendaries. xD
Ps. im casual player from end of year 2014. Since then im collecting and crafting only warlock cards. Everything else goes to dust.
Neptulon was my worst. When GvG was dropped, I thought I would be different and try to make a Murloc deck... nope.
Fjola Lightbane was my best. She's my favorite card hence my avatar. I know it sounds ridiculous, but it's true. I only play for fun and not competitively. This card inspired me (pun intended) to build Buff Priest which got a fair amount of likes on Hearthpwn! I loved the feedback it got.
Crafted Baku the day witchwood came out and have never been happier. When i first started playing the game i used to craft commons or rares without waiting and wasted alot of dust because of it.
Worst: Fire Plume's Heart: Quest Warrior has to be one of the most dull and boring Decks to ever exist.... Play Taunts on curve, occasionally remove your opponent's minions and then let coinflip begin.... I really don't know why I jumped on the hype train and crafted the card,I'll DE it as soon as it rotates and make some cheesy Epic with the dust....
Best: Malygos: I remember flipping through the empty collection pages soon after having started to play and seeing this card,I immediately fell in love with it.... When I didn't have dust to spare I carefully planned which cards to craft (e.g. I crafted Alex instead of Jaraxxus for Handlock cause she was neutral) Maly was the first time I went out of my way to get a card.... I never regretted it.... I climbed multiple times with Maly Rogue and Maly Freeze and tried (and will keep trying) to make him work even in classes that aren't supposed to benefit from Spell Damage....
Best: Sylvanas Windrunner/Bloodmage Thalnos: Both are such splashable and game changing cards.... That +1 Spell Damage makes all the difference in the world, especially at 2 mana and Mrs.Windrunner,if played correctly, doesn't steal minions but games....
Best: Hard to answer. Probably Hagatha. I really love that card. Great, fun effect, powerful, i'll have it in standard for a long time, I like shaman. As far as pure fun I don't regret Lyra at all.
Worst: Probably Pyros. Don't regret it too much but of the legendaries I've crafted it probably sees the least play. Pretty slow for this meta.
Worst :Master Oakheart. This asshat just never shows up when it's relevant. After a few games of hardcasting sleepy dragons and trogg gloomeaters, I shelved the deck entirely. I don't know why I even crafted him. I hate highroll decks
Best : Hard to say. I crafted Yogg-Saron, Hope's End day one of old gods. Not for the memes, but because I knew this card was OP. Not only did the nerf grant me dust, but it also confirmed that my prediction was spot on. I also crafted Hadronox on day 1 of KFT. I knew it was a meme but I made it work as a spicy tech in Jade druid to counter doomsayers and skulking geists
Worst crafts: Anything control paladin I felt I wasted my dust, and while I love the card, Archbishop Benedictus hasn't paid off because thief priest pretty much died due to aggro decks post Un'Goro.
Best: Received Zilliax from a pack, he's found a home in a lot of decks, even just as a 3/2 rush play. Craftwise, Frost Lich Jaina. Closest we come to Reno Jackson giving a middle finger to aggro scum, and it's fun to watch people suddenly go from smorc to minion health math.
/On a recent note: finally played the Omega Agent I crafted -- picked a cube warlock deck I was experimenting with instead of a discard warlock -- and the druid opponent was clearly confused, not knowing how to counter the three minions it drops with his defensive spells exhausted. Won the game with those.
Worst: Archmage Arugal - Elemental/Murloc Tempo mage was expected to be a thing... it wasn't. It's not card you can put int oany deck right now, maybe someday though.
Best: Bloodmage Thalnos - until it get's hall of famed, it'll always have a place somewhere.

Worst: Treachery for the howlfiend/treachery combo.
Best: LEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEROOOOOOOOOOOOOY JEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENKIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Crafted for miracle rogue in the un'goro days (used biteweed as a substitute for van cleef... I was such a noob)

Hit rank 15 with a homebrew back in the KOFT days.
Yaayyy...
There's all my notable achievements.
Ive just crafted Zereks cloning galery. IDK Y. :(
My worst craft of all time was jungle giants. I thought it was 1 mana for spells too. Whoops.
How many of these post we gonna get .
Worst: every druid card ever, they should nerf the class
Best: golden Elise or golden alex, love them both
Worst: Priest Quest
Best: Deathstalker Rexxar
Always expect the unexpectable!

Rotface = worst... it was when I didn't have many legendaries and wanted to play with them all.
Sunkeeper Tarim = best... Allowed me to get to level 60 and push to my highest rank (6)

Worst: Quest for warrior and shadowreaper Anduin (I don't like play priest in current meta, but try some combination; already disenchanting's all)
Best: Lich King, Leeroy, Ysera, DK Rexxar
I think it's a good card. You can play it with a lot of Deathrattles or play it with spell damage minions to deal a lot of damage in one turn

Honorable mentions:
Worst: Eadric the Pure: Just don't do it,Sunkeeper Tarim is what you want to craft....
Best: Sylvanas Windrunner/Bloodmage Thalnos: Both are such splashable and game changing cards.... That +1 Spell Damage makes all the difference in the world, especially at 2 mana and Mrs.Windrunner,if played correctly, doesn't steal minions but games....

I love token druid. It's very fun to play imo.
Crafted Chameleos on Day1 of Witchwood. Get on my level bros
