in dont know if anyone else noticed this but Lesser Diamond Spellstone has a different text than the other resurrect cards.
Resurrect, Twilight's Call, Eternal Servitude, Onyx Bishop. notice the difference? the spellstone says "resurrect" while the others say "summon a friendly minion that died this game". the spellstone should change wording to match.
this thread is not asking to change diamond spellstone, lots of cards are like this with different wording but do the same thing. i don't remember the cards and it is to hard to find them, but i do know that i saw other cards with the same problem.
this shows blizzard does not put enough care into the cards they make even enough to just look back 2 expansions and see that they need to change the wording. and maybe they think that just saying "resurrect" is simple enough then they should go back and change the others. this is a digital card game, and blizzard should take advantage of that to change the cards, and make them more consistent.

Rejoice, for even in death, you have become children of Thanos.
This is in line with Blizzard's policy "clean wording > proper wording". They sometimes sacrifice the proper wording to word effects slightly differently, so they can cut on the amount of text. In this case, it is to fit it into 3 lines of text. Nothing new rly. Tho i will admit that seeing how would it look with the "proper" wording, it would look just fine. So, not sure what went on in their heads with this particular card :)

I imagine Blizzard has chosen the resurrect wording over the summon wording to put the emphasis on "different", instead of on the "that died this game". So that might be why they chose this wording. I personally prefer consistent wording over clean wording, though

Oh yeah, good catch! See? I overlooked it as well in the example card i made, that extra word missing will make the text look awkward in the end, so yeah ... :)
Is not a complain, and being blizzard so obsessed with consistant cards and texts, they should clarify this one, but, if no one notice that there is a consistency error, that error nevr will be fixed
"The flow of time is always cruel... its speed seems different for each person, but no one can change it... A thing that does not change with time is a memory of younger days..."
Y'Saarj does not recruit. That is the one thing in all of hearthstone that gets me close to salty.
(still not salty)
Recruit is a expansion specific keyword, is it so hard to understand ?
Well lifesteal to, and discover also is, but they kept printing cards with the mechanic. The only diference is Recruit being not good enough to still being printed
Because "Can be played multiple times in a turn"= Echo, otherwise Wickerflame Burnbristle and Shadowboxer shouldn't be buffed by Deathaxe Punisher because Lifesteal is from Knights of the Frozen Throne. THIS IS CALLED INCONSISTENCE

So yeah, specific mechanics, but still inconsistent card texts
Blizzard wanted to print more lifesteal and discover cards, so they changed old cards to be consistent.
Blizzard, currently, don't want to print new recruit so they won't change old cards. It's still consistent because cards from only one expansion has this specifics recruit keyword. If they decide to print a recruit card in future and don't change old cards then it would be inconsistent.

That is exactly what inconsistency means, the cards does the same but have not the same text, and blizzard is trying to end with the inconsistency issues, and like i said when they came with that argument, it is just an excuse to make the less changes posibles.
Well what does matter is that Omega cards do not trigger when you coin on turn 9. The coin reads ''gain one MANA CRYSTAL" and Omega cards read "if you have 10 MANA CRYSTALS", which you should, but it doesn't work...

This has actually cause me a game once (I assumed it would trigger on 9+ coin but it didn't)

ppl complain about anything these days
Just curious. When the two minions are Resurrected, do they count as being summoned in regards to certain spells and other board states?

Yes.

Anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake.

Mistwraith doesn t get buffed by Unstable Evolution. Small Indie Company
"The flow of time is always cruel... its speed seems different for each person, but no one can change it... A thing that does not change with time is a memory of younger days..."
Unstable Evolution is not an echo card, why would Mistwraith get buffed by it ?

And cards from old expansions were changed a Lifsteal like Wickerflame Burnbristle and even older the mistress of pain

Stop complaining about useless things man xD

Wickerflame Burnbristle has that lifesteal tag, so it gets buffed. As for Shadowboxer, it obviously doesn't get buffed by Deathaxe Punisher. So I don't even know what you are to say here.
