So I've played around 10 games in casual and half of them I encountered bots. They have strange names with numbers and mostly they play very quick, and usually going only face. All of them had just the classic set with the original card back. Check out screenshot. Turn 1 he played Coin + double weapon. So, Whats wrong? Who are these "people"?

P.s: It's my NA account here.
Ive never encountered a bot but then again I rarely ever play casual unless im doing a test match for a new deck I create. That's weird considering im positive their are enough players in NA to find a casual match at any time.

that's because your MMR is too low. Yes, they're bots.
i'll hate myself for saying this..but try to win more casual games to get out of botland, as someone said your Mmr in casual might be too low because of lack of play in there, so you need to increase it by winning more games, just don't make an ahbit of playing t1 netdecks in casual please.
I faced my first bot in a long time yesterday at rank 13 in Wild. The bot would play a card and then rope. Ending the turn just before it timed out. Extremely frustrating to get roped every turn. This started on turn one and lasted until the match was done.
The AI-bot was just optimizing its win-ratio. If roping nets a higher win-ratio for some reason then he will do it. Stop judging our artificial overlords.
Oh, shit, I didn't know this. I always give victories when I play on casual doing my quests, because I only face new players with shitty cards (sucks to be new in this game). I'll keep doing this, but I'll be aware if some of them are bots.

What’s wrong with you playing Arcane Artificer on turn one? Especially against Paladin

Bots are the best. They don't rope you, they don't BM you, they don't complain on forums. They are more humans than we are. No wonder people are afraid of a robot apocalypse.
People are excieted by the idea of an artificial intelligence. Beyond intelligence - to a world of infinite patterns and possibilities. It starts with pauper MMR on casual. Soon it becomes self-aware and gains the code to launch the missiles.

I'm playing whizbang.
Edit: Nobody mention why they exist. Any know?
Because people make them. Why do people make them? Fuck if I know.
Evil: to farm up the account and sell it
Less evil: to farm up the account and play themselves
Almost ok: to see how well the bot performs out of curiuosity.
Ok: To develop OpenAI's learning ability

Coin double weapon sounds like something I do when I get the "play x weapons" quest. I promise I'm not a bot... beep boop
What kind of person would take the time to set up a bot and then put double light's justice in their deck anyway?

-let´s negotiate: you concede and I let you live...
Then explain the name, the only basic cards, the going full face,
