Guys don't you think silence is great at this meta and extremly on magnetic decks? Since boomsday launched i was sure that alot of decks will run silence cards to counter this meta, Zerek and magnetics and alot of deathrattle cards are really valuable silence targets but... i dont see any silence cards
Because silence is horrible against a lot of other decks too. Against Odd Rogue the best you are going to do is get rid of a +2/+2 buff from a fungalmancer, in Zoo it's horrible because of a similar reason, and against Even shaman, same type of thing. Decks that can afford silence are either typically aggro decks that give 0 shits about the enemy's magnetic mech, a midrange deck that can often just clear the magnetic minion, or control decks, which already run silence for other problematic cards. Silence as an effect is just overcosted severely in my opinion. All the value you'd get from silencing the enemy's magnetic creature is lost by either playing a 3 mana 2/1 or a 4 mana 4/3.
That being said, lots of decks are running 1 copy of silence, which has typically been standard.

I don't have something witty about this deck, I just like it because Malygos is fun.
I think it's fairly normal to see at least 1 copy of silence tech in any deck be it aggro, midrange or control (maybe combo?) but that's just a typical outlier. Magnetic didn't take off as much as people would like to justify double silencio.

Magnetic isn't the reason to run silence, since that mechanic isn't in many decks.
The main reason is for aggro to push through taunts and control to counter cubes. New odd warrior builds are running double owl double MCT mostly to punish Cube Hunter.
Most Silence is actually used on something that disrupts your playstyle, not to counter your opponent. Maybe to clear that taunt to go for the kill in agro, or tech one in for advantage in control but otherwise they don't complement anything much and u have to make room in your list and lose valuable cards in the proces.

Why?
...Because silence exists?
Unpopular opinion: Rogue is OP

Silence is great but since you generally just run 1 silence cards it's often not there when you need it most
