IMO, if you have to and you love odd Rogue, its Myra's unstable element- it gives that deck a finishing punch. The other cards aren't amazing or necessary in those decks and Elise is gone from standard in like 8 months (if that matters to you). Though its hard, if it was me, I would keep the dust- b/c I'm not a huge Rogue fan.
I've got Myra Rotspring and I love playing rogue too, but it's not that great most of the time it's a weak choice of deathrattles
This. I find rogue meh, but I got her and she is a whole lot weaker than I thought. Definitely not worth a craft. Elise feels not great, so out of those 3 I'd definitely chose Myra's Unstable Element. (I'd save my dust tho personally)
I'm in a similar situation, if anyone could give me some advice it would be greatly appreciated, I want to play something new;
Houndmaster Shaw for deathrattle hunter
Twig of the World Tree for maly druid
The Caverns Below and Zola the Gorgon for quest rogue
Dr. Boom, Mad Genius for odd warrior
I have all the other cards required for those decks just missing those, can't decide which one to go with
I would say Houndmaster Shaw, since deathrattle hunter is fun and he's a really good stand alone card. The other cards are pretty situational and need good decks to support them. You can put Shaw in every hunter deck you make (except spell hunter).
I haven't played with Myra's Unstable Element so I don't know how good it is but it seems like a good card. As for Myra Rotspring, I definitely would NOT recommend crafting her. I don't have her myself but I have Whizbang and played Deathrattle Rogue multiple times. I can safely say that Myra is one of the weakest cards of this deck. The other cards synergize decently well with each other (although imo Rogue still needs better deathrattles), but Myra is more of a desperation card imo, which you play when you're already behind hoping to win an RNG lottery, 9 times out of 10 you will not.

Dr Boom is incredibly fun in odd warrior.
