If I disenchant the extra cards I have, it will give me around 3700 dust, which is enough to create two legendaries (I have 1000 already), however, I've seen some players wait before disenchanting so when a card gets nerfed it is disenchanted for full value. Which cards do you think are safe to disenchant? Which cards should I try to craft if I disenchant all?
Bonus Question: If I were to buy packs, which set should I buy them from? I felt like KnC and KoT were fairly good sets with cards like Keleseth and the Cube. I could also buy wild cards since I enjoy playing some wild, but I would rather buy standard packs if I buy packs directly instead of adventures. I wasn't thinking of buying Naxxramas or BRM since they don't have many great cards, only a few. I already have LoE.
DE cards when you are using the dust. No point until then. And don’t craft cards because you can, craft them because you are about to use a deck with them
For packs, unless there are commons or rates that you want (or you primarily play wild) don’t buy prior year packs (don’t buy them to get a legend unless you have all lower rarities that you want from the current year). WW vs Boomsday, whichever has more cards you want.
I would hold off dusting extras like you said you never know..something could be nerfed emergency style. I still have my extra copies of witchwood that i'll still probably hold off and not dust just in case something from that set gets nerfed like the sets before them eg spiteful etc.
I think we'd need a bit more information on your current collection and what staple legendaries/epics you currently own. I would wait a few weeks for the meta to settle unless you desperately need cards. However, if you do disenchant the extras, Keleseth is a fine choice to craft and will be relevant for about a year (I believe). But if you don't want to disenchant the entire collection, you'll have to do it individually. Start with legendaries, then epics, then rares.
As for packs, I think Boomsday is your safest bet right now. It will be around the longest other than Witchwood (again, don't quote me) and my first impression of the cards in this set is that the power level is SO much higher than what we've seen recently. If it were me though, I like to have variety so maybe alternate between Kobolds and Boomsday. Don't forget it's not all about winning, there's a lot of fun cards in the other sets. Best of luck!
So boomsday has a bigger meta impact than witchwood I believe, so boomsday cards are better, disenchant those cards when you want to make a deck and need dust. Frankly unless they are duplicates of good legendaries and epics, or of golden copies of good rares, then dusting them is fine, the benefit long term of keeping them is between tiny and none, so dusting them now is fine. Keep good rares and legendaries or ones you don't know are good yet. The rest of the duplicates can be burned to fuel your crazy creations.

Thank you for sparing your time.
If you have 10 extra Steel Rager, I think you can safely disenchant them.
