So, the important part is that I'm Cubed another Cube with minions in it, but these minions doesn't get summonned.
The problem was the full board?

The cube summoned only vanilla cube, cube from cube don't have minions inside.
When you cube a minion with cubes it doesn’t retain the Deathrattle that it had before being targeted by another cube. It will just ressumon the base minion. It’s the same way how if you have a buffed minion on board and you cube it, the minions summoned by the Deathrattle won’t have the buff. Cube doesn’t retain any enchantments or effects when the minions killed by the battle cry are resummined. Hope this helps!
