People should not get salty about getting 100g out of a quest and not 120g+. Instead, you should be thankful than you are NOT getting the miserable 50g for the same quest and the same luck lol.
I think Blizzard were pretty generous (for a small indie company) in the past couple of months with the Taverns of Time and Midsummer fire festival events, when the rewards from the daily quests are concerned.
But of course, greediness is a core characteristic of human nature. So, it's normal (I guess) to always want more and QQ if you get an "average" or maybe even slightly below average.

I'm not a big crier normally - I just suck it up and play my favourite game. But I just find it ridiculous, that from last Thursday till today - whole week - I get nothing but 100 gold quests (that are actually 50g). I really try not to complete those even in non double the gold environment, but in this Festival you feel it literalit twice as hard. I've been carrying on 3 quests every day, completing one only not to get full. So it's now been 7 new quests + 7 rerolls + 2dragging from days earlier = I rolled 16 lowest quests in row.
How unlucky is this? Also, my 2 friends experience almost the same stories - 100g day after day.

You didn't really read the thred, did you? It was not about the amount of gold, but about probability of getting one type of quests or the other. As I see it the probability was altered. But that's only me.
Greediness is when you're a rich-ass company, you tell the players "whoa whoa double gold wooo wooo", but you alter the probabilities of dailies so that the average one including re-rolls is not 55g, but <51g. (I had only one 60g daily throughout the whole TWO WEEKS long festival, with all the others, including re-rolls, being 50; so that's like 26 poor dailies I think).
So in fact the average daily is <102 gold, not 110, as Bli$$ CLAIM it is. All this "you should be happy you're getting this or that" sounds like the apple iPeople nonsense, always blaming the users for not appreciating apple stuff enough.
I wonder if there exists some large database of the dailies people are getting. It really feels like it could be useful and would do a good job to call these tweaks. Otherwise, when people report absurd situations, it's far to easy for the trolls to just say "unlucky LOL". When Bli$$ seriously screwed up and removed 60g dailies from the game, it took DAYS for them to realise and acknowledge this. With a good database, a problem could be spotted on the day it occurred.

I got the two biggest ones the days leading up to the event. I was not aware I could save them and then they'd be worth double.
Damn :(
Ha ha, I missed out on like 540G or something with those 2 alone.
All of mine have been 100G ones as well since it started... actually my last one was for a 120g come to think of it.
Still grateful to have been getting 100g a day as I can rarely deal with 30 wins a day to get it otherwise. Be sad when it goes back to 50g a day.
