Hmmm ... buying from US store if you’re in EU... wont this add packs to your US server account? And not your EU acc. ?
You can select to which server the packs go to while your purchasing them. I do it all the time, saves me about 14% from what I would usually have to pay.
Do it all the time, for how long? :)
I would like to try it, but i don't want to be banned or something for saving 8€.

You can get banned? They really monitor this kind of stuff?
Cracked and bought the Mega bundle, cost me £61 on the US store, which is actually a pretty damn good deal for 80 packs, a golden leggy and a limited offer hero. I wasn't so sure about it before, but I'm actually really happy with how it worked out - 76p a pack + cool freebies.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
I wasn't planning on going for a run today. But those cops came out of nowhere.
Interesting thread. I can see you put quite some work into it.
On a side note I happened to observe that for those choosing between the two bundles (i.e. getting one bundle but not both) that the value per dollar differs a bit across countries. Or in other words, the percentage cost difference for going from standard bundle to the mega bundle varies across countries/regions.
Here are the results (%s are price increase for 'upgrading' from Standard to Mega bundle; % rounded to one decimal)
UK - 55.6%, Rest of Europe - 60.0%, United States - 60.0%, Russia - 57.2%, Canada - 56.3%, Turkey - 61.9%, Australia - 64.2%, Hungry - 60.0%, Argentina - 60.0%, Saudi Arabia - 59.1%, South Africa - 56.2%, Mexico - 59.7%.
I am from Australia which explains how I noticed this. I know I can't complain as we don't have the most expensive 'Hearthstone' shop. I am just a bit bemused that Blizzard seemingly want Australians to purchase the Standard bundle over the Mega bundle more so than for other countries...at least making it harder to justify spending the additional money (if you calculate bundle values per dollar to compare, which admittedly is a bit subjective due to the added hero skin and values of a golden legendary (the latter I suppose you could do a dust value calculation for).
Anyways, hope the OP appreciates this contribution, and it doesn't 'hi-jack' the thread :)
if I try on the Blizzard shop site I get the EU prices (49.99eu/79.99eu) but in the game app I get the NIS prices: normal bundle for 199.90nis (54.87$), mega bundle for 319.90nis (87.81$)

How can I buy staff from Argentinian shop, guys? Do I have to use Thor with IP from Argentina, or what?
You'd most likely have to go through a vpn or someway to make the store think you're buying in Argentina
Even so, some reported that as soon as you log to your account, the prices will appear as for the country you were registered in. Have not tried it myself so I cannot confirm whether it works or not. As I said, the thread is to be viewed as an informative repository so that each of us can see where they are in the grand scheme of things. That said, if someone finds a way to get the packs cheaper legally I am sure everyone will appreciate it ^^.
I'm going to be that guy, but, the dollar sign goes before the number (at least in USD) ;)
Philippines: Standard is 2500 pesos. Mega is 4000 pesos
Exchange rate today: US$1 = 53.5 pesos

Prices in Europe always include VAT while in the US they are always excluding VAT (because some states does not have one).
Still: the price-difference is too big (and in general hearthstone is too expensive)
Glad, the thread could help ;]
As I said in my original post, I do not think you can... The thread is more of a comparison than anything else sorry :(
Brazil:
