When RNGesus is in full glory and it creates really unique/fun situations. Burgle Rogue is my go-to salt remover. Every time I steal a DK when I have Tess Greymane in my hand I'm smiling so much, even if I ultimately lose afterwards.
Many people have already said a lot of the stuff I like. Here's one no one has mentioned though: The concede button.
If you play ESL you know what I am talking about. The fact that it is quick, does not ask for confirmation, and interrupts any card animation makes it far better than other games where you have to wait ages until you can finally quit the game.
Try conceding in Elder Scrolls: Legends if you don't believe me.
You are right about what you say but this is not so hard to concede on elder scroll legends you only need to click on one more button and maybe it's better like this because you can sometimes click by accident on the concede or friends will click it to troll you
I also like that there is such a huge Hearthstone community, as toxic as some of it may be =P. I tried ESL for a bit but the community is just dead.\
Played an online tournament once, got quite owned by a legend player with a typical deck. After DK's, there's just so many to choose from regarding favorites. I love the introduction videos and hype Ben Brode used to get us, but now he's gone. Would be interesting to see a Neb Dorbe card in the new expansion.

My favorite thing is when you play a card or deck, and you get that long pause from your opponent because they're like "wtf is this?" and they're hovering over cards and taking forever because they have no idea what you're doing. One of my favorite nonsense decks is a mage deck that runs 12+ secrets. That moment when you play Glacial memory XD christmas tree mode activate.
For me it is the crazy combos & shenanigans that make this game so awesome. Plus, I've always been found of card games
^ This.
Too bad so many in the community like to squash unique combos in favor of playing some scripted control or aggro deck.
The most awesome thing for me is making the shenanigans work against the "scripted control or aggro" decks. There's no sense of accomplishment if my opponent isn't trying their best

I agree, but I wasn't clear enough in what I intended to say in my earlier post.
I feel that the crazy combos is what I think is awesome about HS. However, I feel it is unfortunate that so many people want the combos, OTKs, and multi-card interactions nerfed or killed in favor of only having scripted control and aggro decks.
I love the card discussion when a new expansion drops. I love the feeling of looking a new card and thinking "Wow, this sucks." and then having my thought process make a 180 because of one comment. More often than not, these debates are very civil and it's nice to take part in that.
Any type of extremely heavy control mage is amazing to me, Frost Lich Jaina is such a good card.
Edit: dragons make me happy as well, just sad that there are only tempo dragon decks
Why do you think there are only tempo Dragon decks?
Frost Lich Jaina is one of the reasons ( Guhldan and Hadronox fall into the same category kinda) you don’t see Control decks. Jaina is arguably too good.
Btw i will miss Elise Trailblazer, and the Ingame Packopening once she rotates.

I'm a collector, so getting new legendaries and golden cards.
For playing, I like trying to make decks that I have fun with or see other people play, but adjusting them to my collection.
I also enjoy ver very much pve games, being adventures, dungeon runs/monster hunt and some brawls...

Or raptors XD
Arena games that swing back and forth multiple times.
I enjoy crazy comeback victories from discover and random effects.
Winning games with my homebrew decks are probably the most satisfying thing in the game, in my opinion.
Opening a Legendary and trying to make your own deck with it.
Unpopular opinion: Rogue is OP
Crushing opponents with big minions - The Ancient One, Thaddius, giant C'Thun.
