It think that we all agree that Hearthstone went a little too far with releasing only pack expansions this year and adding ~30 legendaries every expansion. It makes it harder and harder for F2P players to keep up with the meta and I bet it turned off a lot of players from the game (as I've noticed in my friends list)
I'm not going to cry about how it's expensive or impossible to be F2P. I am and I manage. We all hate when we charge up the pity timer and we get a useless legendary. It is 400 dust but eh, it's demoralizing because you know that you need ~40 more packs to get the next legendary.
Let's say Hearthstone makes a WISH-LIST feature in the game where you can put up to 3 legendaries you want to get from a pack and the chances of you getting the card would increase for like 25%. That would be a cool feature and it probably won't break the game. We all LOVE when we get exactly the card we want from the pack.
So what do you guys think about this? Be gentle this was my shower thought for today. :D

Personally I prefer pack expansions but I understand it can be problematic from a F2P point of view.
The idea is good but it is unrealistic because it might cause people to buy fewer packs.
