Sounds like you're on a similar track as myself. I started on NA, cracked into EU to see what I scored, then started spending a bit on NA and simply doing dailies on EU.
I think it's better to simply play on one server, especially after putting in a bit of cash. If you want a pool of legends, wether to dust or use, on the cheap, go wild. The adventures give you an amazing pool (if you want to play wild) of cards, legendary ones too.
Also, I purchased 7 packs of each older set through the Blizz store. The pitty timer is 10, but I managed a legend from each purchase. Old Gods also gives you a C'thun when you open your first booster (so 2 legends in first 10 packs!).
I'm happy playing wild, it's where most my legends live! But if I dusted them, I'd be able to craft quite a bit!

Wait, what - there's a whole 'nother world of adventures etc in Wild? I assumed it was just for constructed? I need to check that out so I understand it properly. I've only spent money in NA and I won't be spending any in the others. They're just for the dailies, arena, and to maybe try a few little strategies here and there. I've got PLENTY of time at the moment, but no not enough time to set targets and hit them in three regions.
Well, I would limit yourself to only one region. Why? Because although when you are just starting you can choose the most favorable of the early pack rng, once you are past that point you simply wont be able to dedicate the time required to play on three regions.
So pick the region you have the best cards in, and stick with it.
Next, I assume you already did this, but there is a free DK in the frozen throne adventure, so make sure to get it if you havent already.
If you actually like arena, play it, otherwise dont. I am a pretty good constructed player, but I am typically unable to do much more than break even with buying packs playing arena. So dont do it.
You should craft baku, but dont open any more WW packs. Save for the next expac.
hope this helped, have fun!
Hey mate thanks for your advice. NA is my primary account, and unless something crazy happens with the legendaries I get in other regions it'll stay like that. I'll probably pick one region to ladder in, then just knock off dailies in the others and try to keep them rotating through. If I run out of time I can just drop a region any time, no biggie.
My Europe gold pack got 1300 dust worth of cards so I could easily dust them and Baku it up. I'll have to look at what cards I've got and figure out the region he'll be most beneficial to me.
The WW packs is the quandary I've got a the moment. The vast majority of gold is in Americas, but that's where I'm getting 50% dust. The other regions I'm spending the gold on the old expansions 1x1 to get that first legendary, and I've got a few more packs to open and not enough gold. Arena might have to get shelved for a little bit.
First of all, arcane tyrant is a good card. Secondly, Jungle Giants (which I also pulled a little over a year ago), is actually halariously fun in my bad standard maly druid. You can play around with it a lot. I do realize that most good 5+ attack minions are legendary (lich King, etc...), but i wouldnt dust it right away. Hemet isn't bad if used properly, in a mid-range deck, he's really strong when you draw him late. I disenchanted my Hemet long ago tho, bc at the time, he was like, the worst legendary ever. Idk man, at the very least it's 400 dust each. Definitely save until the rotation at least.
I just roll my eyes anytime someone plays a quest card at lvl 20 ranked - I'm about to become "one of those" haha
I'm not one to dust things, I'm so ridiculously non-committal that the only real concern is NOT dusting stuff!
"There is also a 'cheese' paladin deck that utilizes Hemet, 25 minions that cost (3) or less, two Holy Wraths and two Molten Giants. Its goal is to use a Holy Wrath while drawing a Molten Giant to deal its whopping cost of 20 damage to the opponent."

Sure is. Can only be purchased with real money, through the blizzard.com store. Well worth it.
Wild is a lot more fun. You never know what kind of deck you'll go up against!

I can only see wild play being accessible in Ranked and Unranked ladder play. Other than challenging friends, that's all the wild access there is right?
I was beginning to think there was wild arena, wild brawl, wild daily quests....

No, but that'd be rad! Wild has awesome adventures, and sometimes wild cards are accessible in brawl. I, personally, find wild more fun. Even though I win more in Standard. I feel the decks are more varied and unique in wild. You don't see the class your up against and instantly know what deck your opponent is playing.

If I'm about anything, I'm about the cheese! :D
Why even bother mate? As good as this community is there sure are some wankers out there with nothing better to do with their time.
