If you want to try redundancy, Cheat Death is probably better, since you can prepare it in early turns, when you typically have little to no moves to play.
At that point you can benefit from it in the next turns with, say, SI:7 Agent or Edwin if you are against Aggro, or with Strider, as planned, against Control.
Would Zola be a dead card too often in Miracle Rogue? Seems really situational since the main target is Strider.
