Why do these quests take up the same slots as quests that can be re-rolled? I'm forced to do them so I can have re-rollable quests again.
You do them only once, you get your reward, you get your free quest slots, you live happily ever after. I don't see any problem with that to be honest.

I'm being forced to PvE. It's just bad design.
I am sorry that you feel "forced to PvE" man, but even then I don't think that's a reason enough for removing those quests.
A wild suggestion: Give your acc to your girlfriend and make her do the quests :). She might even like the game.

i usually don't mind them, but the monster hunt quests were exceptionally stupid.
It takes only a few minutes and you get free stuff. What's bad about that? Play the first 2-3 bosses of the monster battle and re-run to complete the quest easy pezy.
It's only PvE and takes away from people who want to PvP for the free stuff?
Please go back to failing your classes.

Don’t remove them. Allow them to be retooled for normal quests. Have a pop up “warning: if you retool this quest it will not be available again do you want to proceed” to cover Blizzard from people accidentally retooling them.
Only complaint... monster hunt has 8 bosses. Quest was 10 victories per hunter. Feel like if you pull off a full clear in one run it should have been a complete quest.
More fun than the quests "forcing" me to play classes I hate, or even worse specific cards within specific classes (overload, combo).
Anger is the punishment we give ourselves for someone else's mistake.
