I like the card, but it dies before you get to do anything with it :-/ I'm also pretty careful with my dust and haven't crafted anything brutally bad yet.
Hemet, Jungle Hunter for a meme Rogue Mill Togwaggle Deck. Pulled the combo off quite a few times but since Coldlight Oracle went HOF I couldn't find any use for Hemet.
Play wild, include Emperor T. And healbots. Climbed rank 25-13 in a fun and interesting fashion. Note, I never ran Hemet.
I'm pretty cautious with legendary crafting. Legendaries I regret crafting because I hardly use them:
Kalimos, Shaku, and Lyra
Lyra is the only good one, I don't like playing his decks. Kalimos might be good one day as elemental synergy increases, but he hasn't been meta since Un'goro when people were playing him out of hype. Shaku wasn't useful when he was in standard and is now outclassed by Silver Fox, would only be useful in a deck that wants as much burgle as possible.
I've crafted Unite the Murlocs and Inkmaster Solia. Total regret on crafting them... Solia i've used in a Kazakus Mage but the quest i've just played only on Un'goro launch and it never saw play even after 3 expansions.
Either Kalimos, Primal Lord or The Darkness. I realize Kalimos technically has a decent win rate in even Shaman right now, but I still think the card is absolute garbage and its playability will be short-lived. With The Darkness, I didn't even craft it as a complete meme card; I did it as a tech card against spiteful decks. I still think the concept was pretty cool, but I'm not sure it did anything for my win rate.
To answer the original question... hmm, I don't think I have crafted a bad one. I have dusted plenty of amazing ones when I first started though from the base set I regret.
Every one I have actually crafted though has served a purpose.. I guess val'nyr didn't see much use as I crafted it for a off meta combo deck during K&C and now the deck has fell into obscurity. I'm confident it will come back with the next expansion though (is probably my favourite weapon from the expansion, it just needs the right support.)
Right after Un'Goro was released I crafted Swamp King Dred (I liked the art and his unique effect) and Finja, the Flying Star (I wanted to play a murloc deck and thought he would be really good).
As is turns out, both of them aren't really good right now but I hope that Swampking Dred will get his time to shine because he has a lot of potential in my opinion.
At least I got the 3200 dust for free thanks to the Hall of Fame Rotation 2017 where I already owned Sylvanas Windrunner and Ragnaros the Firelord without having to craft them.
I have learned my lesson and only craft cards after the meta has settled a litle bit. Best example: I didn't immediately craft Shudderwock plus Grumble, Worldshaker after The Witchwood was released but waited. After about 2-3 weeks I crafted Baku the Mooneater to play Odd Paladin which was totally worth it.
Several decks ran Finja. He's hardly OP but definitely saw play.
Actually Finja, the Flying Star was a very strong card in gadgetzan (brought back anyfin pally, and created water rogue), and in Un-goro it was a staple in token druid, which was a tier 1 deck.
That being said, it fell out of favor with the murloc warleader nerf and I havent seen it since.

I got him out of a pack a bit late, but was still a very cool card I thought.
Sherazin, Corpse Flower

Mate, kalimos is in even shaman

I beat all of you, i crafted Nozdormu and I'm F2p
Probably Spiritsinger Umbra waay before cubelock was a thing, but then that archetype saved me!
The one I have played the least is Uther of the Ebon Blade.

Easily Twig of the World Tree...what a boring card.
Otherwise Varian wasn't nearly as awesome as I hoped he would be when I crafted him
what! thats a good card, not just something to throw in anywhere but a strong card..especiialy in taunt/deathrattle decks
Dorian+ sense demons is one of the nastiest things ive ever done. I also have a zoth mage and an odd collector mage he's usefullin
Fun > Meta
I made a cthun rogue with him..pretty lolz at least
Fun > Meta
I image that's a good mid paladin card

Bolvar Fireblood
thought divine shield pally would be fun
i was slightly wrong
could still work in odd pally because The Silver Hand is good
I gotta say, some of my first crafts included Ozruk and Jungle Giants
The Warlock Quest and Clutchmother, on the first day of Un'goro, they are terrible, no regrets!
I got that as my free one.

The only legendary that I've ever regretted crafting was a golden The Boogeymonster.
