They've started to be a bit braver with new machanics of late, and since the jade idol/pirate fiasco-fuck-up they've actually been getting them right, more or less. So I just want to see more of that, keep the game fresh.
I would love to see something troll and beast themed. We are also in sore need of revisiting mechs. The mechs we have no are mostly aggro oriented and limited to Mech Mage in wild.
Other things I'd love to see:
Rogue or hunter to get an actual heal.
Rogue to actually get cohesive late game control threats and tools instead of having to go tempo/combo all of the time.

Spectral Cutlass provides excellent healing in combination with Tinker's Sharpsword Oil in Wild. It's a little more challenging to make a big weapon in Standard, unless you're running Kingsbane with Lifesteal (which also is good healing).

My hope is that the decks that come out of it are NOT rock-paper-scissors. Nothing is worse than playing matches where you chances of winning are like 10% because the matchup is not in your favor. I prefer every T1/T2 deck having around a 50% chance of winning.
I would like another tribal set. karazan was sort of tribal and ungoro was heavily tribal, but it's been over a year since we had a focus on tribal sets. Also I think all the tribal sets had a beast focus. I would like to see a tribal set without any focus on beasts. Not to say there will be no beasts just that it's not mechs murlocs and beasts or dragons elementals and beasts.
2) A bit more support for Pally OTK and/or Pally dragon decks. Perhaps a card similar to Gilded Gargoyle as a neutral or Pally card, which would enable you to pull off the Horseman + Horseman + HP + Pixie + Coin + HP combo without getting coin at the start of the game.

T5 would have to be VERY careful with this. A tiny bit of support at the most... I think Horseman pally is only one or two cards away from becoming REALLY tough to beat. It has potential to turn into one of those Druid Malygos OTK decks, albeit with less card draw.
I would like that you can actually use homebrew decks to counter stupid meta decks, and when you queue with "said deck" you don't auto queue into a deck that counters yours after not seeing that particular deck for the entire day.
A new Adventure. I know it's not gonna happen, but hey, let me dream a little. Tired of grinding for packs, miss the days I could get the cards in a fun way.

Yeah, I would be super happy for a new adventure. But I mostly want more support for decks like Dragon Paladin, and maybe even Freeze Shaman?
I’m more worried about what they will do to make break the healthy meta.
If priest gets 1 or 2 more aoe spells, which it needs, mindblast priest will be a new combo scourge. The deck is already viable, being able to resurrect and copy minions, then fire off 10+ damage mind blasts for 0 mana. The biggest problem with an OTK priest is that it loses to aggro, which wouldn’t be a problem if dragon fire potion and shadow word: horror hadn’t just rotated.
Rogue is also dangerously close to having a busted archetype in thief. A few more good thief synergies and this deck could be ridiculous. Likewise, a few more give a weapon +1 attack cards will put kingsbane right back to where it was before the cold light oracle nerf.
Shaman is obvious, they really have to be careful with battlecry minions. Otherwise biting and catching for days.
Warrior, I don’t know what they are doing. Warrior got the worst DK and have had the worst class legendaries. The rush mechanic was half cooked and gave Warrior some good cards, but it wasn’t nearly enough. It makes me think that they are going to release OP warrior cards for “balance”.

Sure, that's why I think something along the lines of a Pally version of Gilded Gargoyle is reasonable. I play the deck here and there and while it's easier when you have coin, it's still tricky and hard to pull off the combo.
They need to be far more cautious regarding potential Shudderwock support, as that's currently at 48% via HSreplay (vs a lowly 43% for OTK Pally) imo. Especially considering that they didn't even foresee the Grumble / Saronite interaction.

A high value mid-range operative-like dragon for paladin is my dream. Make dragon pally great again.

Even/Odd support cards for the classes that suck...
I.e. Shaman got the Eel and that deck is great. Let's get some support cards for Odd Warlock, Even Hunt, etc.
