i actually got a legendary in the alst TB pack so i gues si won't get a golden legend, that serves me right for not keeping track of the Pity timer so..i'm not opening it xD.

I think the Golden Classic pack either has 1) a separate pity timer, or 2) no pity timer whatsoever.

Golden packs are different from classic packs, they have different pity timer, it's like another set pack. You can open it safely don't worry.
