Oh dear can’t believe in my ear, nerfs are near are almost here. No more fear for warlocks clear. Odd pala preparing gear for the rest of the year!!!
Don't know about the nerfs, but I definitely like those rhymes :).
Btw, why is the time so important?

Well, thx to the nerfs to the Lackey Package, to Spiteful Summoner, to Even Pala and also to QR the meta will become a lot more enjoyable since imho we will have a lot more fair MUs. It'strue that Burn Mage, Control Priest and Taunt Dudu will become stronger and popular, but the former t1 decks will be countered a lot more easily.
We warlocks will still be a hard counter to aggro decks, but burn ones will have better chances against us. The aggro vs aggro MUs won't longer be decided of who finds Call to Arms first. In other words - I feel how the former t1 decks now allow more counterplay.
I may sound too optimisitc, but imho we will see tons of diversity regarding the playable decks. Which of them will be the strongest and the most popular ones, well... that's another discussion:
Warrior - Baku/Normal Taunt warr, possibly Tempo. Paladin - Murloc, Odd, Even. Maybe control, but this would be a low tier deck (I hope I'm wrong). Hunter - Mid-range, possibly Baku. Rogue - Tempo. Possibly Miracle & QR (in a slower meta). Druid - Taunt, Spiteful. Shaman - Shudderwock, Even (but still a weak class). Priest - Control, maybe combo as well. Mage - Burn, Big Spell. Warlock - Cube, Zoo and maybe control as well.
Sooo this are my expectations. Once again, I'm not saying that all classes will have a t1 or even t2 decks, but there will be certainly a diversity in the meta and I for once can't wait to experience it.

Look at hsreplay and see for yourself how many great/fun decks there are with WR of 55%+ (if you're a good player you can get 60% easily). But you know what? You don't meet them very often. People prefer to play whats strongest, not whats more fun for them. At least that's how a majority of hs players look at it.
If the nerfs will actually set WR of all the decks to more of a similar level... Then we'll see more diversity. If what will happen is 3 brainless autopiloted decks (murlock paladin, spiteful druid, burst mage) having 65% WR then again... Forget about diversity.
For me? It doesn't change a thing. I'm just here to play what I like despite not the best results in the world. But some people, in my opinion, are really looking forward to seeing what won't really happen. Which is brainless aggro, games decided on turn 2... Tyrantus on turn 7... - all this gone. But it won't. Not after this nerf.
Spitefull Summoner is base around not including cheap spells, I think if in future we get more value cheap spells Spitefull can go back to 6 mana, what do you think?

The meta wil change defintly bIg time
How come?
Cubelock - now control warlock (that's actually good change, I like the deck)
Spiteful druid - still tier 1
Tempo mage - stronger than before
Even paladin - now more odd and murlock definitely t1
Am I missing sth?
spitefull druid is no tier 1 deck now and after nerf stil not tempo mage is easy to counter and ood palla is never gonna be tier 1 tomorow
How is Spitefull Druid not tier 1? Got from 5 to legend with a 70% winrate in 3 days.. Guess nobody knows how to play it then? Only hard matchup i had was Quest Rogue but still doable if they don't draw the nuts. Even 50/50 against the strongest even Paladin lists which is more of a coinflip. The nerfs aren't enough and only make Spitefull Druid better cause the harder matchups get hit way harder.
The only reason you could consider it not tier 1 is thanks to the busted numbers all paladin decks were posting, an the long term domination of warlock. It should certainly be tier 1 post nerfs. The spiteful nerf isn't a big deal....for some cards a 1 mana nerf hurts, but for this particular card, not a chance. For example, the power of the card will swing a game when it's topdecked on turn 9 pretty goddam reliably for example. The Priest spiteful deck is much the same....ask anyone who plays the card if it really matters if the card drops on turn six or not...nope, as long as you can curve out ok-ish until you drop it it doesn't matter, turn 10+ is fine.
Hee someone knowing the time the nerf hit eu server tommorow
