Spiteful decks not hit hard enough. They will almost for sure maintain their position in the meta. Quest rogue still runs over control decks and retains it's place in the meta. Warlock's die more often but cubelock is still strong. Even pally drops in popularity but murloc paladin rises again. Tempo mage is still disgusting and should have been hit by a nerf. All in all, I think the meta looks almost exactly the same after the nerf.
Even Paladin looks pretty undesirable now, so I think Murloc Paladin will be the new best Paladin deck. Odd Pally will be the second best Paladin deck in Tier 2
"New"? lol It was top tier, is top tier and will be top tier. The way Call to Arms was nerfed is dumb. Instead of changing card design, they did the stupidest thing possible by increasing its mana cost.
I think Odd Pally and possibly Murloc Pally will run away with the torch tbh. I played mostly Odd Pally to climb (first season in quite a while so went from Rank 25 - 10 with a pretty reasonable 61% winrate) then switched to Even Pally from 10 - 5 (67% winrate) and the only hard matchups felt like Warlock and Priest not a great sample size but yea. I was able to win Turn 6/7 a lot of the time if I drew into Blessing of Might and Level Up! just the sheer amount you can overwhelm your opponent is pretty nuts. I ran Stonehill Defender as well as a chance of getting Sunkeeper Tarim. Spiteful decks only run High Cost spells and not much removal outside of Minions Odd Pally can just run away with games very easily. I've also seen the Cauldron Odd Pally do quite well vsed a guy earlier at Rank 5 who managed to get Bloodlust from Cauldron and won the game off it. I also feel like there is some untapped power in Shaman right now with some of the nutty things Hagatha and Shudderwock can do.
Nothing will change. People will continue to complain about whatever they can.
Nailed it in one. I do believe however that mage will rise to be the most dominant deck. Currently, tempo and aggro mages are hated by the pros, but cubelock and even paladin have been keeping it in check. With these both receiving nerfs, it is almost guaranteed that this will enable mage to become the next "broken" deck.
I think we'll see more midrange now that lock will be less present. Hunter will get better and zoo lock are the first that come to mind. I do think these nerfs are a pretty big deal and believe the meta will at least reshuffle a bit.
Baku paladin should do pretty well imo. The murloc variant also got a lot of its power from CtA (but it's still too strong tbh).
Nobody mentions Control Priest but I think it will sit comfortably in Tier 1 after the nerfs.
I was thinking about this too. Even paladin is (one of) its strongest matchups though and will soon be out of the meta so maybe that will affect it, not too sure.

oh after the nerfs someone will make another thread about "XYZ CARD needs to be nerfed too OP" then a bad suggestion thread about what THEY would do to change the card xyz. No one is every satisfied unless they make all cards balanced and fair...i just want suggest people to play magic the gathering or other card games about all cards need to fair and balanced.
But it wasn’t the best Paladin deck. Even Paladin was.
By "was" I mean pre-Witchwood. Not only murloc paladin was the strongest paladin deck, but the strongest deck overall. And now even/murloc paladin are really close to each other in terms of win rates. Even paladin is probably better, but only a bit.
Big Spell Mage loves this changes and Quest Warrior. Delay turns with mana increase is also giving you more turns to get removal and build up combos.

Odd rogue and midrange zoo warlock will both be strong. I am not sure about aggro mage, it is feels more like a counter-deck to me.

My prediction is that one day after the nerf alot of omg nerf..tier 1 decks treads will appear. Probably about aggro mage and maybe murloc paladin
Tier 1/2
murlock paladin
control warlock
even warlock
shudderwock shaman
even shaman
taunt druid
spiteful druid
token druid
tempo mage
elemental mage
control priest (mind blast and fatigue version)
quest warrior
odd warrior
rush warrior
odd rogue
miracle rogue
spell hunter
aggro hunter
recruit hunter
There will be thousands of deck you can reach legend with. Just like now but I guess current decks will just get stronger. We'll see...
Odd pally will take the throne since Even Pally is dead now
