Burgle rogue is not a shitty deck but even wrost. I don’t understand why Blizz is printing that garbage for rogue that also the majority of the people dislike. Blizz stop with this shit.
i think that the point is at what rank you use burgle rogue. It surely is one of the funniest deck around to play but at a point its not that effective.

Burgle rogue is an ok deck. Yes you will lose your bad match ups. Do you know what those are? Also you need to think back and remember what you could have done differently and then won and remember not to do same misplays next time. Do you track your misplays? Also find a guide on the deck by someone who had success with it and try to learn from their experience. Did you read up or watch on how to play deck? Also you need to know meta well and random cards of every class well to be able to anticipate what will happen. Are you learning how others will play against you and what you can get from burgle cards?
If answer to all above questions is no. Then that is why you are bad. If answer only to some of them is no, then that is how you can improve. Yes it is hard work, but it is not easy to be good at stuff. Yes with even paladin you will win more often, but if you follow this guidelines you will win even more often with it. Decks don't play themselves, you play them (except some decks like hyper aggro are more forgiving of mistakes, while if you are playing something as complicated as burgle rogue you will be punished for mistakes more harshly and more often)

I just roll the dice.
Rolling the dice is fine. But if you know all the possible outcomes and plan for them you will get better. If you just roll and pray on average you will lose.

this guy gave you a very good answer with good points to analyze and you answer with "i just roll the dice". It sounds to me that you do not even care at this point? So why did you even open a thread asking for help?

Trimutius already said a bunch of good stuff so I'll just add that if you're looking to improve you should probably be playing a top tier deck. When you're losing games due to low card quality it's hard to evaluate what decisions you could be making differently to win more games. Not sure about your list but how many Voidlords can Burgle Rogue realistically beat? Spiteful Summoners? Call to Arms? Hadronox? Aluneth and burn spells? Tess Greymane and Blink Foxes aren't gonna get you there in a lot of games.
Rogue is my favorite class and Hallucinate is one of my favorite cards. I understand the appeal of the deck, pulling an Antonidas or an Equality to go with your Fan of Knives is fun when it happens. If you want to have fun with an offbeat deck that's cool, but if you want to improve your play you should be playing a tryhard netdeck. You'll have the tools to interact and a more streamlined path to victory.
Im not really a great player, the farthest i get to hit is rank 8, so i cant teach you how to play, but i can give you some tips on how to learn to play.
A good start is to play a lot your deck, even if youre a good player i recomend start playing a deck in casual for the first time, you need to realize whenever a given play was succeful or not. If at the end of the game you dont understand why did you lose then you maybe doing it wrong. If after a defeat you get to the conclusion that your opponents deck is simply better its ok, but the more errors you get to realize the more you will improve.
Another good thing to do is to check (and by check i almost have to say study) the cards and decks that are doing good in the meta, even if wont play em. Playing your cards without having a guess of your opponent possibilities will almost ensure you a defeat.
If you have enough free time go watch someones stream or YT videos (better if he/she is high rank) and try to put attention to their plays. There are some streamers that explay most of their possibilities before making a decision, thats always useful. This also help you understant decks that otherwise you wont play, but you may face against.
Will be anybody be willing to spectate me and tell me why I suck? Or is it because I am playing burgle rouge...
