Correct me if im wrong, but shouldnt the card "Charge" be reworded as "Give a friendly minion Rush this turn" Cause giving a minion with Charge but it cant attack the hero.....is Rush. We know the card wont see play but its still worth correcting the issue.

in that case it should simply read "give a friendly minion rush", since the rush keyword is made obsolete on future turns
It's not just laziness. There just aren't plans to encorporate Rush into more expansions than the Witchwood, which means that in 2 years the only card with Rush left in Standard would be Charge. It's the same reason why a card like Y'Shaarj wasn't updated to get Recruit.
It'd be hilarious to have the card Charge no longer be Charge. But then again, it hasn't been for a while now. If Blizzard were to change the card text, then they should also rename the card itself.
But wasn't there a bluepost or a tweet where they said that they wouldn't change the wording on Charge and Charged Devilsaur?
Let's say you play a vanilla 4 4 and play charge on it. He acts like rush.
But if you copy it with faceless next turn , faceless should be able to attack face, because the turn the minion who was given charge still has charge as an atribute but the turn he could not attack heros has passed!

Yes this. Magic the Gathering does a similar thing, some keywords are evergreen and can be printed in any set, and they've errata'd old cards to reflect this (Serra Angel has Vigilance now, not "Attaching does not cause SA to tap"). But some keywords are specific to a set, and if they print a similar ability later they just spell out the effect instead of using the keyword (if you're familiar with the Landfall keyword from Zendikar set you'll notice Tireless Tracker from Shadows over Innistrad has a landfall effect but they don't use the keyword.)
It seems like inconsistency but it's a really conscious design decision. They've added Lifesteal and Poisonous because they are now evergreen keywords and changed old cards to reflect this. Maybe Rush will become evergreen but there's really not much value in changing the name of a core set card and it could lead to downstream problems. Old decklists and the copy paste function for example might not work.
The Rush mechanic was released after Charge!, Charged Devilsaur, and Icehowl. Blizzard has said a couple times that they don't change other cards' text to match an expansion because they want the expansion theme to be prominent.
This is also why Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound hasn't gotten the Recruit keyword worked in his text. He's in the Old Gods expansion, not Kobolds.
there are other examples, but I think this should be sufficient.
Sometimes they modify text on earlier cards to reflect new keywords, such as Mistress of Pain and Wickerflame Burnbristle getting Lifesteal. Sometimes they don't. One problem with Charge is that it is the name of the card, not just text, which is a lot more disruptive to change.
FWIW, notice that Charged Devilsaur and Icehowl aren't Rush minions. Icehowl never attacks face. Charged Devilsaur can attack face if it is summoned without being played, by recruit or Evolve or whatever. So changing their text to Rush would be a nerf for Devilsaur and a huge buff for Icehowl.

Hearthstone is a game of "copy and pasting"

BOW DOWN BEFORE THE GOD OF DEATH
No it shouldn't as it isn't functionally identical.
If a minion has been out for a turn, and you cast charge on it, it can no longer attack heroes.
If a minion is out a turn and the card 'charge' gave the minion Rush then it would be able to attack heroes.

Technically the wording is not exactly the same.

But charged devilsaur absolutely doesn't have rush. It can go face when recruited - that's why it sees use in recruit warrior, big beast Hunter.
And Unstable Evolution needs Echo, what else is new?
Well this is completely wrong as many has mentioned. The secret lies in the details.
Devilasaur is not rush.
Ice Howl is not rush.
Charge is not rush.
Unstable Evolution is not echo.

This space is intentionally blank.
This same question was asked previously in this forum, with mostly the same responses.
