My solution. Making conceding to your opponent before on t1 or 2 or t3 if you were on the play not count as an win/game played for your opponent.
The reason i though about this was i hate playing against aggro in casual i go there to get away from ladder but i also hate giving them an free win why should i help them get more gold and packs and rewarding them for playing aggro there besides their already farming people that want to play bad decks there. Sometimes if i want to play an bad deck im more likely to get an cool deck on ladder (as long as im not below rank 5) over casual and that saying much about the game mode.
This way the moment you see their playing aggro or play broken stuff like prince on 2 or 8/8 t2 Edwin you quit or the dumb cleric on 1.
You can take your OP/good hand to ladder. Or any class that an problem at that moment. If they get an good hand they need to slow it down by not playing the card to prevent someone from conceding thus slowing down the game.
And just maybe if everyone that play casual to farm gold keep not getting wins because everyone concede they stay away from it.
But there is potential for it being abused so there need to be an timer on it for example can only concede every once 10 min and the match not count.
Although I agree casual mode needs a fix to differentiate it from ranked, I think your solution could harm people that it's not playing an aggro or meta deck, as, for instace, one can concede as soon as he faces a paladin thinking it's an aggro variation, when in fact the opponent is playing a control or a combo variation.

No.
This will only encourage people to deny wins. Waste 2 turns for your opponent and deny him the win.

This is one of the dumbest things I've ever seen. The only fix needed for Casual is removing any gold gains and quest credits so that only who wants to play for fun will remain there.

For what profit is it to a man, if he gains the world and loses his own soul?
I don't play casual, but I am guessing people are upset about netdecks being played in casual instead of fun decks and people farming gold that way. The easiest way to fix this would be no gold in casual ... but I am guessing people would be even more upset about that. so how about instead of granting 10g for 3 wins just giving 5g for 3 games played, no matter if you win or loose and if you concede the game doesn't count for you to prevent abuse. This way the grinders would move back to ladder and casual would have more fun decks while still giving somewhat of a reward.
I was thinking on how to fix casual.

Absolutely not. When I'm in casual, I just want to play. This would result in 90% of games ending early
