Personally, I knew Baku and Genn paladin would both be dang good early on, so I'm hesitant to call those surprises. I know Genn is mostly only successful in one deck so far (though I think even shaman could climb one day).
I'm happy Darius Crowley has seen success because everyone hated on him right away haha, and I knew he'd be good in the right deck.
I can't really think of any cards that jump out at me right away, but I must say I've been underwhelmed by Lady in White and Shudderwock. I honestly thought I'd see the lady in every deck and I figured priest would dominate. And I'm a little sad that Shudderwock has such little success outside of being the scapegoat for people to complain about haha. I feel like he's such a cool card with a lot of potential.

I'm amazed how The Glass Knight performs in even paladin .When I opened him I was disappointed but now I can really see his true potential .Also that intro music ^^^

I only glanced once at Vicious Scalehide when it was revealed, and when I saw it appearing in Even Paladin decks, I thought, "are you sure that's the best option?" But after including it in mine, I've found ways to use its power for some life saving board and health swings. It also is appearing in Quest Rogue, much to my dismay, since I cannot build that deck.
Vicious Scalehide looked like crap, turns out with a heavy dude paladin meta it's actually a very good 2 drop, and it fits in certain decks perfectly (even paladin & even shaman).
most underwhelming card that I thought would be insanely good is Tess Greymane yeah she's good alright, but relies so heavily on the random cards you got that sometimes she ends up doing practically nothing. fun card nonetheless.

Just curious how everyone feels so far.

"A bargain forged in blood and shadow"
Witch's Cauldron actually being playable has got to be some kind of a surprise, even though I gave it a chance in my pre-release reviews.
Rotten Applebaum seems solid, much more than generally given credit for. Same goes for Ratcatcher.
I expected more from Muck Hunter, it seems really difficult to use even with plenty of whirlwind effects.
