Thank god. Hearthstone has a chance to be a better game

I... did not see this coming haha.  I've always just linked Brode and Hearthstone together.  I don't really like the other guys, a couple seem pompous and/or annoying.  

I wonder who the new "face" will be.  I really hope it's not that Mike guy.  I just get douchey nerd vibes from him.  Ben Brode had likeable nerd vibes haha.

his famous laugh every expansion will be missed. He seemed like a great spokesperson for the game with his personality.

 Nobody can blame Brode for a consistent bad luck streak in HS anymore.

Brode will be Reynad's right hand, they plan to dominate the gaming world with their new card game :^)

yeah this dude was the soul of this game,no more ben,no more hearthstone,the game will be there but it just lost it's soul

Now it actually made sense why we saw so many videos in the last few weeks ben brode answering questions and explaining things to us. Because he was already leaving. More of a last goodbye-present to us. Blizzard often do this, but still i didn't thought that he is leaving.

Remember: when a blizzard-employee is unusually active in the community, then better say goodbye.

OMG...

Ben Brode was the only member of Team 5 with personality, charisma and the only one who wasn't literally a nerd. This is bad, really bad. A team full of nerds is going to be a disaster for this game. As has been said already by Megatron8, Mr. Brode was the soul of Hearthstone.

Even though I'm not enjoying the game right now, I will miss Ben Brode.  I just loved his infectious enthusiasm, and his passion for the game and the streams with Day9 were awesome.  I will miss him.

Good luck to him and I hope his plans come to fruition.  He's an awesome guy and wherever he ends up he'll bring out the best of people and they'll be lucky to have him.
