Nothing new to see here. Just one of those people who constantly claim that the current expansion and meta are the worst ones ever.
Nothing new to see here either just another person who posts “crybaby” and doesnt read the post or contributes to the discussion gj bud. Also like 3 people said the same thing already on this post alone lmao grats
My problem with this expansion is that I really dislike the odd/even mecanic. It limits too much the decks, I prefered the no duplicate one, because it made every deck different not the same like with odd/even.
The discussion is not constructive and has already degenerated pretty much.
Also there is a special thread for this kind of posts, you know.
Ignoring the posts that are just caling this a crybaby post im finding a lot of the other people’s expectations and comments interesting, not sure what you are getting at. And I didn’t know about the “special thread” this site is impossible on mobile.
4 decks that are from last expansion plus with a few cards
Just curious, how long have you been playing Hearthstone?
No, how long have you played Hearthstone , because the guy is kinda right. We got : 2 new Druids decks , 1 new Warrior deck and a somehow "new" Hunter deck. And I am talking strictly , competitive decks. Even so , this "new" decks does not have more then .. few new cards in them.
The most "new" deck is the Shaman deck which is also the worst ever deck. Because is slow, boring and the worst RnG ever deck. Not to mention the ...pathetic animations.
Long are the days where skill actually mattered in Hearthstone. Now is 90% RnG and 10% skill.
Long enough to know that "This is the worst expansion" posts show up in number after each expansion.
Is it me or do we get a "Worst expansion ever" thread after every expansion? I swear since GVG we have had this same thread after every single expansion, sometimes even before all the cards have even been revealed. How is it possible that every single expansion is the worst expansion ever?
To be honest it is not the worst expansion ever, it is not even the worst metagame ever, That honour belongs to the old undertaker hunter meta after naxx. Even with midrange shaman, pirate warrior, Quest rogue, exodia mage, jade druid, patron warrior, secret paladin, aggro paladin and cubelock, nothing was more mind numbing, infuriating and salt inducing than playing against undertaker hunter, believe me it was that bad.
However I can understand people's frustration about the dominance of aggro pally and cubelock, and those decks did not really lose much from the rotation which is why they are so strong at the moment. However all the other classes are still finding their feet and trying to create new decks after the rotation so it will take a while for the meta to settle down.
thats odd. I'm running 6 different decks myself. enjoying the fact there is no settled meta. Yes 2-3 decks are stronger than others or seem to be but people are still creating new decks and trying things
You could of played .. 6 different decks before this xpac , but the point is , competitive decks. Heck, you can "play" unlimited decks and enjoy them since the beginning of HS , but competitive decks are the ..base of this game.
So if you enjoy "any" deck, that's all right, but for us who plays competitive , we , at least I am, very disappointed!
Personally, I'm enjoying the expansion perfectly fine. From the short time we've had it, it's not the best metagame, but it is most certainly not the worst. That would go to the reign of Corridor Creeper pre-nerf. Though the post-nerf metagame made up for it big-time.
Yes there are people who whine about worst meta ever. And now some people are calling them crybabies. But what if they’re right and you’re just trying so hard to ignore the truth? (By saying bunchload of deck types that are relevant even though I’ve never encountered a single one of them and I play every day for quite a while, instead I’ve encountered only the decks that people are complaing about in the first place). That’s much more closer to the truth.
This is by far not the worst meta ever, the only annoying factor is that these decks which are prominent still seem to be played a lot at the lower levels i usually inhabit. I don't expect fully stocked warlock and paladin decks against my more lackluster pooling efforts.
Maybe that changes once all the warlocks and paladins rise through the lower ranks but until then the ranked que is filled with misery for anyone running anything slightly sub-optimally.
That's strange. I haven't played against spiteful priest, inner fire priest, jade druid, murloc paladin, quest rogue, dude paladin, or beast hunter in a long time. i dont remember playing against taunt druid, odd paladin, even (midrange) paladin, shudderwock shaman, etc...........

Life before death. Strength before weakness. Journey before destination.
HSReplays currently lists 24 different decks with win-rates above 50% - eleven of them are new and the rest are tweaked versions of decks which were being played prior to the expansion. All nine classes feature at least one deck with win-rates above 50% - Shaman is the only class that doesn't have two. The highest play-rate deck, by far, is "Other" at over 21% - in other words, one of every five decks currently being piloted on ladder doesn't yet belong to any established archetype. It would appear that complaints that the meta-game has already settled are therefore quite unfounded. Among established decks, Cubelock possesses the highest play-rate at 8%.
Perhaps it would be helpful if the folks who are complaining about the lack of diversity could point out the errors in the HSReplays data - the alternative of aimless bitching only undermines the criticisms they are attempting to make.
I have 17 different decks in my decklist currently. I'm not saying they are all competitive, but sometimes you just have to have fun. Just try not to take the game too seriously and maybe you'll enjoy it more.
