I think Blizzard kind of limit the decks we can build with the new Odd and Even Legendary, Baku and Genn. I think the better choices was to make them like below:
Baku the Mooneater: Start of Game - If your deck (excluding Genn) has only odd-Cost cards or only even-Cost cards, upgrade your Hero Power.
Genn Greymane (same stat as Baku: Start of Game - If your deck (excluding Baku) has only odd-Cost cards or only even-Cost cards, your starting Hero Power costs (1).
This way we can have more ways to build odd or even decks. Also, maybe add another restriction like keeping it in your starting hand like the Quest for it to activate. As you probably already know, these two Legendary are really OP on certain class. Making the additional restriction can help balance it a little. The mana and stats can be lowered to offset the additional restrictions. Maybe 5 mana and 5/5 stats.
Maybe they did some testing and found out that certain odd or even decks are OP with certain Legendary, but I think it would be great to have the choice. More decks varieties, especially this is the beginning of the rotation, when we have the least cards to play with.

No? They did basic math. You need a 1 mana hero power to fit your curve if your deck is even, and with odd you don't. The hero power mana cost is meant to compliment what you are missing, which is why your hero power is odd when your deck is even, and vice versa.
I disagree with a lot of your points but before people even get to that you should understand the purpose behind the card design.
I see what you are saying and it does make sense, but do we need Blizzard to make it so we can curve out all all mana? I think it would be better to give us the choice then limit the decks because they think we should play all our mana. It should be up to the deck-builder to see if it's worth it. It might not be great decks, but they could be fun. We also gets card generated from Stonehill, etc. that could it be even or odd.
the retard design on baku and genn are the stats on the cards, why do they have to be bad cards that add to draw rng? 99% of the time you want them to be the last card in the deck and that's retarded design rewarding only luck

you're complaining about draw rng in a card game? wtf

...but then couldn't I could run both in the same deck?
Today in my free brawl pack I got Barongeddon, then I had a cup of fresh green tea. As a result of that, I think Priest is OP because my keyboard is not a mechanical one. I hope Blizzard will address this issue.
Baku and Gen gave to new players a way to climb and feel good about play the game with shit cards and good strategies. I liked what they did to the new players, even if they will be past copying decks for the next two years, then when they feel more confindent in the game they will start to play another decks and will spend more resources like dust, gold or money in it. I had bad times with those baku , genn decks in the starter days, but eventually I crafted a Taunt Druid and after some experimentation found the deck that counter those cheap decks. Lot of fun too. Crafted a Cube lock too to control and variation of the game. I myself was an aggro player last patch, now decided to push a little control stuff against those cheap aggro low curve decks. They are awesome to play against and train the game, specially when u win after almost die with 3 life points and more than 30 armor and a Taunt Board full =)
The cubelock i never liked, but i had to build one after win some legendaries of the class, so was not my choice and now i'm regret a little cause i don't think is a fun deck. whatever...my list is on signature if are interested in beat those baku gen decks! See ya
