God, the game is free. It cost you literally nothing to download. Nothing, nada. How can you complain something you get free isn't good enough? If you dont like the cards, dont buy the packs. If you only like arena dont play standard. If you dont like the RNG, dont play the game.
+ the negative point is given by players, I mean if everyone enjoy play burn secret mage and aggro pala in casual like it seems the game cant be better than this

Well they don't get it, they just like to complain
While your point is understandable, if people at large kept their mouth shut about the things that bothered them, manufacturers and content creators would have a field day taking advantage of us. We as the consumers should try better to be constructive in our criticisms, certainly, but voicing our opinions (i.e: complaining) is a fundamental cornerstone of change.
Behold, foolish interlopers! I am commanding this mortal to spread the will of the Scourge throughout the interwebs, encouraging you to seek out me, Archlich Kel'Thuzad! Now coming to you as the tenth class of Hearthstone!
I am a finalist in this Class Creation Competition, so if you could give it a look I would be greatly appreciative <3
Because Blizzard needs the feedback from players, no game is ever perfect. It's important to say what you think that could be improved in the game. If Blizzard will do something about it or not, it's up to them. If you don't agree with the complaints you can always give your opinion too, just remind to be nice.
Because we care about the game. Hearthstone is free, but that doesn't reduce the passion people feel for the game. I personally love this game, and want to see it get better and more balanced. People complain because they're frustrated sometimes, but out of love for the game too.
Additionally as linkblade said, if we didn't blizzard would take advantage of us in every way they could, they want our money not our love lol.

Nothing changes if we don't speak up.
Exactly complaining is very important. Complaining make the game better. It is a lot better have a community that is complaining than a community silent. With a community that is complaining you can adjust your mistakes, with a community silent you can lose them tomorrow and you don't know why.
So I will complain again: THIS EXPANSION SUCKS!!!!
Thats very constructive. Blizzard is sure to see it as well. Buried in a post on a fan site.

And your point is? I'll tell you what it is, a total non sequitur. Besides I've spent plenty of money on Hearthstone and I want it to grow and improve so I'll keep "complaining" thank you very much!
Some people love the game. And want it to be always better than before, so when something looks awful, boring, dumb, and making the game less funny, they complain. Nothing wrong with that. Also, all the people can say "why u can complain about the complainners? They are not talking to u, u pay nothing for it, if u don't like it, just ignore" and those people will be right doing it...
The game is free to play, but not quite free to play and have fun. I agree that the amount of crying out there is abnormal, but some complaints r valid. I wouldnt dismiss them all.
There is a term called "constructive criticism" and that's really helpful for the developers, the game and the community. But there are also a lot more QQ threads, whining and just bitching about something being OP or whatever - and that doesn't help anyone.
My hope is, that Blizzard can filter somehow all those forum threads and reddit posts and look for the few helpful constructive criticism advices that the people that spend hours upon hours playing their game give gladly in order to make HS a better game.

I agree with everyone saying constructive criticism is good. I just think that all the complaining, lately about Witchwood, isn't constructive at all. At least wait till you've seen the cards in action! If they suck, then complain. And i promise we see the RNG complaints about the game after the expansion has been around for a while. The one thing the developers LOVE is wacky interesting stuff with RNG. A lot of RNG is in the core of the game, but still people complain about it.
Like eBay, you invest your time and benefit the game, even if you never buy a single thing. This influences the meta, provides opponents for paying players, and ultimately results in more sales, which is why they made it F2P in the first place.

Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.
I love this game. I understand the need for criticism to reach blizzard so they have an idea how the community feels about their product. What I think the OP was saying is that this community often goes past criticism to outright complaining very quickly.

That is a wrong assessment Mr , not everyone comes from a first world country where data and internet connection is cheap/free Just thought I would put it out there for those who think the game is totally free for everybody.(eg of a free game?, Tic,Tac,Toe)

Lol, some people apparently have higher standards than "lol itz 4 free". Like, idk, Starcraft 2 is for free, Dota 2 is for free, Fortnite and other shits are also f2p. Why should i praise HS for that?
On that note, it was actually a positive to me to find out that Artifact wouldn't be free.
You know what else is free? (scroll down to find out!)

Dust does not burn a hole in the jar. Be careful what you craft, especially before and right after a rotation.

And I do realise the hypocrisy, I'm just tired every other post is someone complaining about what was essentially given free to them

Some people just enjoy complaining. They complain about every expansion and gripe that every new card is underwhelming. I try to ignore them.
