You knew going in it is randomized aside from the pity timer and non-duplicate rule. You didn't get scammed, you got what you paid for and just happened to get unlucky. If you knew what you were going to get then the whole "loot crate"/card pack model would never be viable.
Those are both good cards, consider yourself lucky
To be fair they are both getting worse after the rotation because of the loss of beardo and coldlight respectively, but i'm sure they will still be viable. Like the other guy said, at least it's not like lillian voss which I can never, ever see wokring outside of a 20% winrate deck.
Sounds like you've never actually been scammed. You should count yourself lucky in life if getting what you paid for makes you feel like you've been scammed. That's a gift in and of itself. Life's all about how you look at things and this is an opportunity to realize how lucky you really are. Feel cheated or feel great about yourself. It's your choice.
It all comes back to you eventually. So say the laws of finite.
I've had fairly lousy experiences opening a bunch of packs. Then in K&C, I opened 10 legendaries on less than 100 packs. RNG is what it is. Grumble today, and anticipate your windfall sometime later.

On average, there is a legendary unpacked every 20 packs, so there would be a 50% chance at getting a legendary within 20 packs. You opened 4 sets of 20 packs, so it would be .5^4 = .0625 or 6.25% which would be the same chance as getting 4 legendaries.
My math is probably pretty wrong. But still, it's not too unlikely. It's probably actually half as likely for you to get 2 legendaries as it would've been for you to get 4. So a decent chance
Also, why are you buying KoFT packs a few weeks before the new expansion drops. You'd have spent your money better on packs that were all cards you didn't have yet.
Its not even the pity time, most likely, could be legiondaries were opened on pack 30, and 60, or something similar. It is on the low end of expected, but not even that bad, probably one pity timer. you could theoretically open 119 packs and get only 2 legiondaries, 2 at 80 sucks, but it could be much worse.
i bought 80 KoFT Packs and got 2 legendarys which are valeera and uther... how unlucky is that ?
If you are in your first year of playing please read this post.
Dust does not burn a hole in the jar. Be careful what you craft, especially before and right after a rotation.
As to number of legendaries - extremely unlucky
As to type of legendaries - you would prefer Lilian Voss and Bolvar?

plus every single card dusted from that would net you enough dust to craft top tier decks
Gambling doesn't guarantees a pay off.
Better luck next time.
... also, this could have been worse ^^

Getting rewards equal to the amount of effort put in 2018? What are you fucking crazy?
As Kripp would say, be more concerned with the golden cards. Those are worth more dust.
why would you even buy 80 koft packs
