Hello! I would like to discuss and propose this new features to add to the game in order to make it better and more fun to play :)
1) Additional Levels. Increase the maximum class level to 100 (or more) and give rewards for leveling like, each 2 levels, some gold or dust, and each 5 level, to choose a class card of that class to make golden. It would be nice to have this kind of reward for just playing more with some classes.
2) Introduce Achievements. Bring some achievements to do in-game by playing it, and divide them by categories like, Completionist Achievements, where we get an achievement by completing some card collections. It would also give us a statistic about our card numbers. Or casual achievements, by doing something rare or unique in a game, like doing a draw, or doing more than 30 dmg in one hit, things like these. There can be plenty of achievements to do in this game and it will be nice to have them as a reminder also of our play moments.
3) Introduce New Game modes. There are some new game modes that could be done in HS. I would like to see a 2 VS 2 coop mode Where a player, in a party with a friend, or with some casual player from internet, could play against other 2 players. It would be nice to see the combination between 2 classes and how the work toghether. Also it would be nice to have a unified version of it, like, having a total of 60 life for pair, 2 mana cristals per turn, growing until 20 total mana, and in each turn, both players can play cards and do actions with their minions. Maybe the only limitation i would keep is to have maximum 7 minions on board.
4) Increase the number of quests to do and to memorize to 5. For a casual player like me, sometimes it’s hard to keep playing once in 3 days, because of work, or being away from a pc etc and we get to play only in weekends, so it would be nice if we can keep at least the quests to do and this way we don’t lose so many times the opportunity to make some gold in game, or at least we will lose it a lot less.
5) Replay Mode Give us the option to save replays of a game and also the option to share it, online or to friends with a link or file to save in their replay folder.
6) Introduce Survival Dungeons. Do a modificated version of the dungeon runs where they are going on past the eighth boss. Make it like the HS version of Diablo’s Greater Rift where they go up without limit until you can resist their difficulty. This should be the same, you fight boss after boss until you can’t resist more the difficulty of the boss. Give some kind of reward based on how far you get in the dungeon, or how many bosses you get to defeat.
7) Introduce In Game Statistics. We now have to rely to third party apps and sites to have more in game statistics on our game, but i think it would be nice to have them directly in game. Like options we can choose to see or not see when we are playing. The option to see our decks, our turn time, the opponents played cards, and so on. Each bit of information can be useful, especially for hardcore players.
8) Keyboard controls Introduce some keyboard control settings. I know that you can do everything in this game just with your mouse, but sometimes it’s not fast enough to do it this way. I think it would be nice to have keyboard control options and customisation for playing this game. Like a key for ending the turn (like space bar key), keys for choosing the card to play (the numbered 1 to 10 for example) keys for enemies to attack (like again, numbers 1 to 7) or the hero (H key) and also keys to emote.
These are my thoughts and ideas for now. Add other ideas to improve or make more interesting the game :)
Blizzard needs to have a lot more balance patches, and they need to start buffing cards to shake up the meta every month. This game becomes so stale a few weeks after a new set, and it's hurting the game a lot.
That's just one idea, but I will add more soon I'm sure
still means free legendary. If I can just turn some Garbage class legendary golden I can then DE it into 1600 dust for a free legendary of my choice. Would never go through like this.

I agree with most (in game statistics please goddamnit xD, achievements, new 500+ milestones for us who have all golden classes etc.), but keyboard controls, at least as easily inadvertently used as making "ending the turn (like space bar key)" would be EXTREMELY SALT INDUCING for a lot of people :D
I wanted to make a separate post for this, but you opened the way so I’ll run it by someone who wants to see development. How about a TRUE casual/discovery mode? An algorithm that works like a professor’s plagiarism program that determines if your deck is too close to a top rated HS Replay deck (or similar netdeck site) is in place to keep out top tier decks. Then, players can only enter with original creations or decks that have enough variation from their tier counterparts to be considered “testing” and whatever lies inbetween. You can then change the current Casual tag to Unranked, and that should stop the 4 year long thread creations of “Stop playing top 5 decks in Casual... etc”. Still compatible with gold rewards, and it would add freshness to the game as the mode would likely extend the “excitement of creation” phase each new set experiences the first few weeks of launch. It would be extremely friendly to new players as well considering the high volume wackiness. I’m thinking 20-30% of the decks would be assholes running as close to top tier decks as possible. New to game players running mostly basic and classic at 5-15% . True inventive decks would likely own the rest of the market as there isn’t a lot of wiggle room in this kind of mode idea. (Assuming standard only, but testing in wild could prove me wrong.)
I agree with everything you said, but would amend 8) Keyboard controls to also include Controller support. Nothing better then playing casually from a sofa using nothing but controller.
All these changes would be super awesome and I think Blizzard agrees. I think most of these changes will happen (1 at a time) over the next many years. Maybe except for the 5-quest-slots memory.
1) More progression is always nice. I'd even consider making it infinite and replace the 3-win gold reward with levelup rewards, perhaps tied to the class you're leveling up with. So if you love Paladin and want more Paladin cards, then you get more by simply playing that class a lot.
2) I despise grind achievements (play X games, get X Un'Goro cards, get all Murloc cards, etc.). What I want are challenging achievements. Stuff like gain X armor in one game as Warrior, survive at 1 health for X turns, kill your opponent using only the Hunter hero power, etc.
3) Yes and no. Any permanent game mode would have to be properly thought through and supported through balance changes. It's already a nightmare trying to find games at high legend in Wild, because there are too few players. I think 2v2 is the one mode I really want, yet I don't see it happening because it would be a nightmare to balance, and coding card interactions would take longer.
4) The reason for a low quest cap is precisely to make you log in and play constantly. It's a business decision. In a perfect world there would be no cap, but that is not the world we live in.
5) This probably has low priority as a feature with a high development cost but little application for most users.
6) Just expand on the dungeon run concept. I'd like a mode where you get to permanently improve the power of your base deck, unlock new cards to find as you progress, include events like getting to remove cards from your deck or insert a card from your own collection. There is a lot of potential here, and I think a good way forward is to tie your success at least to some degree to your own collection (for business reasons), and to make dungeon run give gold similarly to time spent playing ladder. Make it a core single player game mode.
7) Yes please. Refining decks is a core part of the game, yet it's very difficult without proper statistics. It's especially important because humans are biased and can't correctly judge the performance of a deck based on our experiences.
