Playing ladder feels to me like getting raped by everyone I play. It is not even funny anymore. Brainless flood the board dude palawhores take turns with "let's have a 32/32 minion by turn 5-7" priest and "guess my secret while I hit your face" mages or "buy one get ifinite voidlords" warlock. The common denominator is: There is not a single bit of fun in loosing constantly to the same shit. I really hope the rotation will switch things up....
someone please expalin to me why i dont have the same experience as everyone else
im sitting here trying my best to play perfectly meanwhile my opponents get handed the win withhout even thinkng because they draw perfeclty
why am i treated so unfairly
someone please explain it to me
im about at my end
You want an explanation? Ok, I give you one. You are not in any way luckier or unluckier than the rest of the players, but as you stated yourself, your experience seems to be different. And that is obviously the thing with you: You just have a very selective perception.
Maybe this is a general problem that you have or it is something specifically connected to games with a heavy rng-component. Many people simply can't cope with variance well, whether it is in poker, hearthstone or other games. Only few people grasp the extent and possiblities of variance, as it is pretty far away from the standard perspective human beings take in their everyday affairs. So, you are not alone.
And there you go, it is definetely not the game itself, but just your personal perspective on it that creates what you call "unfairness".
Don’t waste your time, it’s impossibke to get through to him. Better to just let him vent here like the thread is made for
Two fucking cubelocks in a row after trying out woecleaver warrior. Two IDENTICAL starts for them - mountain giant 4, faceless manipulator 5, not a single execute or shield slam drawn for me. And when I desperation recruit for something, instead of something that can stick and give me a chance, it's a charged devilsaur. Kill a giant, the other one gets cubed and dark pacted, game over. Both fucking times.
Blizzard you could at least be subtle about not wanting people to play any decks except warlock, secret mage or aggro paladin.

Thank you! Exactly that. Couldn't have said it better.
I was playing Zoolock yesterday vs a spiteful priest. T7 I have the board and lethal in hand. Then he plays a stolen Voidwlker and Spiteful, which pulls out a Grand Archivest. OFC the Archivest Mind Control's my Doomgaurd. I never recovered and lost that game.
Today: cubelock with perfect start, cubelock with perfect start, dudeadin, cubelock with perfect start, secret mage with aluneth on 6, murloc paladin with perfect start, cubelock with perfect start.
Who do I have to get on my knees for to get my essential first half of the game pieces in my starting hand?
One class: Paladins. Every their Tier 1 or 2 deck contains CTA, DF and Sunkeeper Tarim. Their gameplan is simply vomit minions on board until exhaustion. If you think that you are unique if you are playing Dude Paladin instead of Murloc or Aggro, then you are not. If you try to emote me Happy New Year before vomiting another card, I sincerely feel sorry for you and for your mother that should get an abortion instead of keeping you. My apologies to a respectable Paladin players who runs Control, Galvadon, Valanyr or Buff decks. I dont want to insult your type of decks and I wish more people would be as creaive as you.

I played OTK paladin for a while but it's just so disheartening to play such long games only to lose. I know OTK is kind of lame but it at least takes more thought/planning than just shitting out a full board every single turn. I even switched to the dark side temporarily and tried dude paladin but winning just made me feel like shit. It's not fun to win like that because even if I'm barely conscious drunk out of my mind I can still play it at a high level. Who wants that shit in a competitive game?
I know it's not pepper thread, but I want to share this story with you guys. This season I decided not to climb to Legend just because of how salty I get after losing to cube or spiteful bullshit. Now I'm sitting at rank 5 and testing out some fun homebrew decks. So I made this priest deck with all the possible steal cards in it like Crystalline Oracle, Thoughtsteal , Mind Vision , Devour Mind, Mind Control etc Also added some dragons to have something reliable to trade with.
The first game was against my arch-nemesis, Big Priest. I managed to steal his statue with pint-sized potion into potion of madness and trade it into his Lich King so that it died and was added to my death pool. Then with Thoughtsteal I got his Eternal Servitude and re-summoned the statue. Meanwhile, my second Thoughtsteal was at the bottom of my deck while he had Shadow Visions and Eternal Servitude at the bottom of his. Guys, I got like 5-6 eternal servitudes by cycling Shadow Visions -> Thoughtsteal and then getting his Shadow Visions or Eternal Servitude, or both lol Then he slammed Ysera and I MC'ed it. After that the opponent just left the game :D

Sounds similar to what I did when I hit 15 last month. First battle I played I absolutely ruined a Jade Druid by effectively turning my deck into a Jade Priest.
Then the match-fixing took over and I just got constantly paired with secret mage, Hunter and Paladin.
Barely have a 50% winrate with everything I play thanks to high-skill plays including but not limited to:
- Random Spell Mages getting a Mass Dispel out of a Scroll of Wonder to push lethal damage through my Taunts;
- Having an offline Duskbreaker at hand against a lethal board at T5 (happened about 4 times at least);
- Coldlight Oracles milling my Prophet Velen. Thinking I still have an out as I am playing against Control Warrior, I pick Temporus from a Historian, which is stolen promptly by a Dirty Rat;
- Control Paladin getting an Adaptation out of an Un'Goro Pack, proceeding to get a Windfury for lethal, in a game where I managed to get him in the range of my Mind Blast combo the next turn.
Not even mentioning the Aggro decks, as their "skill" is off the roof. I might need some of that draw skill some time.

Thanks for the great draw, hearthstone. Next turn I draw one of my answers but of course it's too late by then, as usual.
also fun: 6 games with this deck today, 4 warlocks and 2 paladins. Great varied meta we have here.

Don't remember exactly, mate, but the raven wasn't on my side already by turn 7. Probably he removed it with weapon

every fucking opponent with perfect draws. every fucking game. it's kinda annoying.
Unbelievable! Over 60 health damage to a Warlock and he still survives and wins with 18 health! what the f*ck....? :D
Legend grind started amazing this month.
