I've been bitching about mages for years now. 
Why does this class has to be such random shit? 
From endless Ray of Frosts generated by your mother into couple of Runes of Archmages, which is random into random.
Why are we mixing fun cards with viable/broken cards?
Random winconditions aint fun for your opponent , unless your opponent knows you have like 20% winrate or so

Yeah I don't necessarily agree with their idea of "power-creep" which is basically making the newer stuff much more powerful to entice players into playing with the newly "innovative" cards instead of the "old staple".

Aleco seemed to shift the reasoning to the fault of the players which is sort of true but then again, players don't design the game. Oh wait. As much as we would like to play with newer things, they tend to become old fast as people overuse the hell out of them. Yes, you can make the cards powerful or you can also put some fun meme-y cards then add general support.

Not every game has to become some sort of competitive e-sports game since it feels like you're limited to making only the most useful decks to win. Back then you could make a homebrew deck and have a decent chance of winning. You were free to make a unique deck and it could win you some games. Now you're practically facing Rogues or Hunters all the damn time and they have a good chance of killing you in a turn from their hand. 

I don't mind power-creep when you reprint the less played cards like Magma Rager into Scourge Rager, but when you power-creep cards that were already good then you went in too deep (e.g. Sire Denathrius and Astalor Bloodsworn).

Anyway, the Shockspitter nerf barely did anything since it is still cheap for Hunters to use alongside Brann Bronzebeard. Not to mention that they can STILL COPY the stupid thing or return it back to hand via Devouring Swarm.

I'm hoping Control Warrior beats the Hunters constantly so the rest of us can be left alone.

Astalor got away too easy. Way too easy.
The Shadowstep combo is still stupid af.
No tempo deck should have this much dmg from hand.
I don't know how to address this card without making it unplayable but this nerf is definitely not enough to balance this card.
I'm so sick of seeing these auto include neutral finishers in every game i play.

Edit: Also why do i get beat to a pulp by almost every aggro deck when playing control?
Blood DK was supposed to be the new poster child of control but it simply can't keep up with the pressure.
You can have the best mulligan, draw etc. and still easily lose to someone who doesn't even play around removal.
I would like to know the thought process behind this weird game design because i don't even know what the purpose of control is supposed to be at this point.

I love playing against Druid players.

Them getting to 15 Mana while I'm still on turn 7 is just so fun. It's even better when they play Brann Bronzebeard and Astalor Bloodsworn so that I can concede faster to get to the next match.

Had lethal next turn! But….. This stupid lucky rogue, played sunwell and got bloodlust!!! Only card that could save his ass!!! This game is so fucking stupid!! RGN Trash game! Awful game!!

Just got rolled by a Ramp Druid who played a meme Celestial Alignment + Bonelord Frostwhisper list.
He was at 2 health and had only 1 turn left to kill me.
Guess what happened?
20 armor, 2x huge taunts + 2x Blademaster Okani + 2 other big minions.
It was turn 8 and he did absolutely nothing proactive until then.
He didn't even need his combo to win the game on the spot.
I had a board clear but couldn't play it because of the two Okani's.
I don't know why so many people advocate for more disruption in HS.
The decks which get by far the most out of it are generally the same decks which you want to disrupt.

My opponent made countless missplays and there was no doubt in my mind that i'd win that game.
Then Glugg the Gulper comes down.
I had no single target answer but also needed to remove my opponent's board.
I was at full health. Still lost that game to this one card the next turn.
Awesome.

It's even better when they are able to make multiple copies of their win conditions as well as being able to tutor those cards.

Every time I see them play Moonlit Guidance, I have to hope to God that they didn't just copy their win condition.

I'm so sick of that card because it basically renders disruption useless to them since Ramp Druids not only have multiple win conditions but they can literally just make more copies. It's the same issue I have with Shockspitter Hunter. Why worry about disruption when I could just make more of it for cheap while your slow disruption card just gets rid of only one.

Also, I hate the trend of printing neutral removal cards. You just fixed one of Ramp Druid's supposed weaknesses which is their inability to deal with large boards. It is their tradeoff of being able to ramp and play bigger minions earlier than you. Now you pretty much need to play an extremely aggressive deck to kill them or being able to snipe ALL of their win conditions.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I really feel that Ramp Druid is one of the main reasons why people aren't playing much of other Control decks that aren't just Highroll decks. I would prefer to fight more Control Warriors since they aren't able to make 4 copies of Astalor Bloodsworn in a single turn.

Really powerful battlecries should be a one-off per game imo. Shockspitter would also be fine if Selective Breeder (and Brann of course) didn't exist. And yes, Druid has way too many draw and tutor tools and they're way too cheap.

Combo's should require more setup cards again and should not go off before turn 10. Less deck slots would also mean less room for control tools.  Malygos Druid was very powerful back then but it required way more setup cards for a much weaker wincondition.

Ramp Druid is def one of the biggest reasons why pure control sees almost no play. And it's still really popular. Idk why the devs suddenly brought strong combo decks back tbh. I remember a time where they made them intentionally weak to prevent them from getting too popular because people always hated metas where combo decks were strong. I don't want  combo to be unplayable but it should be way harder to pull them off. The Stormwind meta was absolutely horrible and i hope we'll never experience something like that again.

Blood death knight can fuck off. Healing over 80 hp in a single game, who thought this was fun to play against.

Just had the worst game of my life. Fucking druid that plays 3-4 copies of Moonlit Guidance, and get more copies of it in Planted Evidence. After that he played all three Astalor in a turn and getting 2 copies of Zola of the Moonlit Guidance to get two more copies of Astalor.
