I get more salty when I lose a game in the 5th turn than in the 9th turn or later (for example bless priest when popping) cause in the scenario of the 5th turn I am left with this weak feeling of "I didn't have any chance of stopping that or take responsibility to win" while in the other scenario I most likely did or have the illusion that I did, cause the game went longer.
Hi, not long come back after a few years away from the game.. just wondering why they thought introducing Renathal, the deck giving you 10 extra health and 10 extra cards in your deck was ever good for the game?
it’s the most toxic thing I’ve seen in this game in the years I’ve played. It brings nothing good to the game and makes each game 5x as long, as it seems like 99% of players from a certain rank onwards, uses this card.
every time I see an opponent at the start of the game with the little stupid Renathal animation, It makes me want to concede instantly, as it’s so boring and toxic, even though I quite often beat renathal players, it still makes the game a dread to play.
And by not using it myself, it makes me feel like I’m forced to play with it to stand a chance of winning late game, as otherwise you just fatigue.
sick of getting put against people who have turtle long game decks with 40 cards and hp, I just don’t get how they thought it would make the game better. You shouldn’t have to use a card just because you have to, to compete long game.
Toxic Renathal needs removing asap..
was this card flamed about upon its release? I imagine it was, and would be super surprised if it got any good reception from any players at the time!

I see more Quest priests playing regular old 30-hp than opposed to XL versions. Same with Relics. A lot of decks that consistently go against XL decks don't even use him and are in fact better without.
There's no doubt in my mind that the game would be 10x more enjoyable right now if Theotar and Denathrius would be HOF'd like Genn and Baku back then. The whole meta is warped around these two cards and it's just a very annoying experience overall since they were released. There are more problematic cards i would like to see addressed, but if there's something i hate more than excessive powercreep, it is monotony. That's also the reason why i dislike quests and hero cards so much. I don't care about my winrate. I care about having fun while playing a game. That's what i paid for (at least in the past).
Oh and i would like to know why the touch controls on mobile are so incredibly bad nowadays. I lost count on how many times i played or traded a card i didn't want to play or trade. It's also super hard to put a card back in hand once you pulled it out. It used to be easy to put the card back in your hand but now you have drag the card all the way down until you reach the edge of the screen before the UI gets it. And sometimes the UI doesn't get it at all because you lack the space needed to get it recognized by the UI and then you're forced to play the card. It's infuriating to lose games just because the touch controls are completely messed up. I don't know why they changed it to begin with because it used to work so much better than it does now.
What the fuck is up with the game breaking bugs? I had a full hand as thief rogue and could easily clear the board since I had celestial allignment, nourish, whirlpool and a bunch of tools. But as soon as I played nourish for 2 mana crystals everything froze and was unresponsive. Logged back in twice but nothing worked, so lost the game.
I don't mind losing, but it sure as hell shouldn't be due to bugs.
Late climbing wild, this is exhausting. Quest mage after quest mage all doing the combo by turn 6 at the latest after me popping both ice blocks and all. Still can't fathom how the parrot has dodged nerfs. Literally just make it repeat a spell over 6 mana.

Lost 700 mmr in 2 days and decided to delete this garbage of a game for good. Honestly, people responsible for making quests and balancing them... I wouldn't hire them even to clean toilets in McDonalds.
I haven't had fun in this game in literal years. I don't mean 'I often have bad times with this game', I mean that every single game is agony and torture between netdecked beast hunters, netdecked aggro druids, insane luck, horrible misplays by my opponent, and me wanting to gouge my eyes out. I literally have not had fun in this game since Frozen Throne
I wish there was a way to coordinate everyone playing beast hunter for a week. On one hand there would so much hunter fatigue people would then try playing something else and it would force team 5 to look into it. « Hey guys, I think there’s something wrong with our game, everyone is playing beast hunter. We might’ve fucked up. »
Who in their right f'ing mind thought that dew process was going to be a fine card to design. Christ. Nothing feels more frustrating than a 2-mana/4-mana infinite mill. Absolutely disgusting. Fuck you druids.

This exact same thing happened to me after trying to play Nourish. Couldn't play ANY cards, could only hero power and end turn.
I think this game is trying to convince me to play battlegrounds and mercs only.
I play normal game, typical "ramp druid in god curve" shenanigans.
I play in duels with anything but bomb warrior, face renos everywhere.
I play duels with bomb warrior, suddenyl everything is board aggros I could have easily destroyed with any other deck.
