Playing arena, opponent gets G'huun the Blood God from Brightwing and draws Scrapyard Colossus from him, while at above 20 health. So much fun to deal with 8/8 + double 7/7 stats in one round in arena.

Lol went on wild ranked with some meme random priest... and guess what, opponents were cookie cutter aggro druids and secret mages.

 Just to point this out but rank is entirely meaningless. If your mmr is 10x you'll face diamond 5 opponents when you're on bronze 10, not people who have a 2x mmr

Are you fucking with me for real HS? My opponent played Discard Imp, than two soulfires, then played two 0 mana minions, I killed those two. He used Raise Dead to bring them back dropped whole board of 1/1 on board for 0 (he drew another raise dead) then on next turn he literally topdecked even without tapping buff for minions?

Incompetent devs – (well competent, they have been able to implement rigged game), releasing more stuff for stupid archetypes, secret mage, zero mana secrets, draw 3 secret, minion summon minion when you have secret. Like where is even the thinking stuff? Or the interesting synergies? These are just free win synergies.

Shit community – no creativity, playing secret mages and APM mages in Casual, they even need to ping your face to 5 and then kill you with fireball because he is showing how good he is with the game, WOW. You are literally playing the most cancer deck in the game probably (with very close competitors for this place). You people think you are good or something lol? Also can anyone who plays secret mage in casual tell me why they play it? You know you are playing TIer 0 deck so why here? For quests? Are you scared in ranked?

My energy for this game is getting lower and lower, even fucking Bang! has more interaction than this game.

When will they implement the class blacklist feature? That way they'll get to keep broken cards broken. Priest players will be able enjoy all the generated bullshit and 20+ minutes games all they want. Mage players will get to cheat 40+ mana every turn without anyone annoying them. I don't see why this isn't a thing yet. It'd make literally every player happy, no more threads about how control is dead, no more threads about how aggro is braindead, no more threads about how combos are non interactive. Please Blizzard, make this a reality.

As I was playing this I lost to a paladin in 5 turns with control warlock. I posted before - think about how many games end in 5 turns and how you literally have to draw perfectly on curve to do that. Next game was a mirror match. I had 16 soul fragments out of 23 cards and couldn't draw any.  Then I lose in 7 turns to face spell mage. Remember when you used to have to think about what card to play? When fatigue was a thing?

 Just uninstall the game simple. I cant understand why you still play the game. You obviously dont like it yet here you are whining about some tinfoil hat conspiracy theory.

Because I have been playing since beta and I can remember when it was a great game. Before they had to dumb it down to convince people like you that you are really good at at the game when you copy their net decks and win in 5 turns. They are simply catering to the participation trophy generation. You are easy to identify because any basic observation regarding how the game defies statistics and probability is taken very personally. That and completely disregarding Blizzard's public admission of manipulation of the RNG. 

 

 Blah blah same old crap. Thing with me is I have a few brain cells left, who when i dont like something I dont go on and on and on and on and spam forums with rubbish. I leave. There is one thing talking about a bad beat, but when you come on with the same unproven based on lies crap that is another thing.

Majority of this thread is not unlucky beats, its full of spoilt so and so who probably net decked one of the 'top decks omgz' but got beat badly because of a bad play or the opponent got lucky (it happens), then he comes on hear whining.

If you don’t like reading it, then you can choose not to. If you’re just looking to start random arguments, then I would recommend you visit the official hearthstone subreddit, since that accounts for about 90% of the content there.

Standard is such a joke of a game mode. The same stupid aggro decks year in and year out with different flavors. No incentive for deck originality or diversity so it's basically the same matchup past bronze 10 because all this game mode attracts are try hard losers that take Silver Rank 8 very seriously. Face race 90% of the time and if you find a country control matchup you better bet they have Tickatus x2 to ruin the fun of the game.

Wild is a different kind of joke but at least people try fun decks there for the most part.

 Sadly no fun to be had in wild, at least not in high diamond rank. At d2-d1 now and all I see is pally,mage and priest.

Well, it's easy to be salty about Mage/Pally, but my gripe is how they essentially gut Shaman of it's burst/finishers, and then give it basically a bunch of neutral cards(Murlocs), Pit Master, and cards that are power creeped entirely. Legendary cards have literally no synergy with each other at all. The closest possible synergy would be with Ras, Bru'kan, and Vashj, but then again, Bru'kan only affects nature spells. So now you're really just relying on Vashj and Ras to do 2 damage to all enemies for 8  mana btw. Xyrella with heals(which priest has plenty of) can remove 5 times that amount for 6 mana.

The totems would be better suited just being included in the HP instead. Quite honestly, you could just cut Seering totem and strength totem, and just replace them with Trick totem and Mana tide totem. Even if they got nerfed to 2 health, that would at least give a greater impact than what the former provides. Ey'sor could even be included with the HP as well. It's not like it has synergies with anything else other than totems, so I think I would rather roll it in hopes that I have maybe 2 or 3 totems at that time. The damn card doesn't even buff itself unless you copied it with reflection.

If you're forcing murlocs into shaman, at least give them stronger synergy and effects. Flurgl would be so much better if Underbelly and Ghost light angler were still around. Groundskeeper lost all value after not adding any 5+ cost spells. Essentially control shaman has to rely on having C'thun spells. What am I suppose to do with a 1/2 that summons 2 3/2 minions on turn 5 without any real aggro tools? Better yet, 2 3/2's on turn 4(if I even attacked).

Most importantly, why do I have to lose mana for playing my cards, but don't get anything to at least encourage me to play said negative cards?! I don't even want to get started on why everything in the class almost has a condition attached to it.

Lurker below is the epitome of a card that was power creeped. Adding a 6/5 body to dealing 3 damage to a minion means very little when I could just play bumper car and parade leader and do the same thing. I could even add Playmaker, and make an even bigger combo, and I could also trade a big minion instead of just hitting it for 3 damage.

Let's not stop there though, because Shattered Rumblers 5/6 body doesn't mean much either when I have to also play a spell the turn before just to deal 2 damage to all minions(yes, mines included). Fire Breather in warlock literally does the same thing without the condition, and excludes demons, which Warlock has plenty of those. That's just 1 example of how badly the power creep is. School spirits just shits on Rumbler. Both cards at least give upside to damaging your minions. Think I would almost rather just play wretched tutor with a 1 mana spell and get the same result. Cycle of hatred even gives me more upside if my intent is to clear the board.

SMH at how tuuuurrrrible Shaman is. My favorite class, and I have to fight tooth and nail just to win 40% of my matches. Sigh. Well I feel a tad bit better for now.

Maybe if Blizzavision wasn't so heavily invested in manipulating player outcomes the game would actually be somewhat fun.

Ugh, Raza + Shadowreaper is so freaking obnoxious against control decks. Just played an opponent who clearly made some underwhelming choices in their highlander deck (Potion Mixer or whatever that 4 mana add a random potion card is, and Brightwing, to name two), yet who cares, because they rolled against a hard control deck, just Raza and Anduin at the end. So fucking annoying.

What's even more annoying is that they ended up being in gold (I'm silver). Yeah, my MMR is probably gold from last season, but what even is the fucking point of ranks if MMR is all that matters? Fuck Blizzard is so fucking stupid.

and now is fucking BIG PALADIN destroying the fucking ladder a part.. just fucking remove all of their stupid secrets, u cunt fucking losers working at blizzard!!!!!!!!!!!! paladin is all over the place... ever since WoW was a thing, pala has been a retarded class to play and it still is...

I was playing a Corrupt Priest and was able to pull this beautiful setup twice today:

Play 2 15/15 Horrendous Growths + Mindrender illucia to give my opponent a useless hand

And both times they topdecked a Hysteria from my deck... 

Man, Battlegrounds fucking sucks sometimes, especially at low MMR where people are potatoes. I am so sick of people staying on tier 1 when they shouldn't. Had someone with a non-specialised hero for it stay on tier 1, just to get a second one of the 2/1 deathrattle pirates. I mean, what the fuckity fuck. While they're hurting their long term prospects - which is good - it sucks when you're their second round and you unluckily take that chip damage.

Then, triples. I mean, we all know the ultimate winners are very much luck based (who can high roll the hardest), but just lost a turn 7 double Nomi run as Chenvala when I didn't get a second triple (for context, with 6 players left at that point, 1 of the others had gotten 2 triples, and the other 4 had gotten 3 - compared to my zero). I mean, sure, Millhouse had at least one garbage triple (the 1 drop 3/1 Quillboar), but I'd take that over - y'know, nothing. XD

Edit: I swear to holy jeebus, if I get one more round 2 opponent that stays on tier 1 when they shouldn't be, I'm going to lose my shit (more than already). Akazamzarak should *not* be staying on tier 1 to buy a second Micro Mummy and hero power. Battlegrounds is not that freaking hard, especially on turn 2. XD
