I'm at a healthy life total and I'm trying to race down a Druid before he pulls off the 7329984234 fucking power on turn 7 with 11 + HP taunts standard Druid bullshit. Turn 6 -- on curve Jepetto fucking Joybuzz just HAPPENS to pull 1 mana Alexstrasza, 1 mana Malygos, with a swipe in hand. At 3 health, he kills me from literally full health on turn 7. Congratulations. You finally achieved what stupid fucking morons have tried to achieve for the last 2 years. Of course it had to be against me, because ANYTHING in the world of fucking RNG that can make me lose in the dumbest fashion possible absolutely will happen.
Druid is simply the incarnation of skill. So much skill to have 10 mana while the opponent has 5 and then play Mountseller and vomit your hand :) Simply a display of skill :)
All the basic concepts of strategy built into it since beta have been pimped out strictly for $$$ and Blizzard now could give a care about balance or gameplay.
HS wants you to build unique and custom decks? *Nope...concept destroyed by excessive rng, discover, and netdecking.
HS wants you to play your hand based on a balanced mana controlled system? *Nope...excessive mana ramping and mana cheating everywhere.
HS says more than 1 copy of a legendary and 2 of others cards would break balance? *Nope, who gives a shit...let decks now have 10+ copies of any minion on the game.
This game has become a dumpster fire and only caters to children and low skill gamers that want an unfair advantage to win as they sit on the toilet.
This game needs a competitor that sticks to fundamental gameplay structure and mechanics with much less rng. They would run Blizzard out of business.
I do not play constructed anymore, only for card back. Played against mage, my board was frozen 6 times, 5 of them from RNG effects, 2 times from Reno, then next turn Reno wiped my board, then mage discovered 5/2 charge minion + adds 2 mana fireball leaving me with 3 HP, next turn gets 5 mana spell that kills me. Awesome, in 1 turn I lost my board and 16 HP and then was killed on mage’s next turn, everything thanks to RNG. Strategy? Lol, what?
Lackey's that discover need to be changed to random card generation. Too many times Rogues have pulled answers out there ass because of Lackeys or discovered insane dragons like DragonQueen Alex because their lackey gave them that choice. Making the lackeys give random cards lower the consistency and overall power level
Just came across a special kind of retard...playing Quest Rez Priest in Casual. Probably just farming gold cause noone is gonna actually stay and play the whole game
I just played against the greatest HS player of all time. Pirate Warrior, turn 1 Upgrade to kill my 2/1 minion, turn 2 3/3 Bloodsail Raider pulls down 2 Parachute Brigands, turn 3 Southsea Captain.
Clearly, every person who plays Demon Hunter in this meta is a total jerk and a degenerate. Probably applies in real life too. Every Demon Hunter player does not deserve any shape of respect or any recognition as a hearthstone player. Period. I swear if I ever find out a friend of mine who plays Demon Hunter, your existence is not relevant anymore. Yes, even face hunter is more respectable than some opportunist shits, exploiting broken designs made by some f*cking un-creative designers and their teams who approved that design. Even those nerfs are not hitting the nails, why even bother designing that stupid class and approving every single design that is going to flip everything Hearthstone has created until now? Really hope that something bad and hard is gonna happen to this game because of that action of creating Demon Hunter
With ZTG pulling back the curtain and exposing how the game reads the board and pulls cards accordingly, you can think of it as each game being played with either your friend or your opponent's friend dealing both decks holding them face up. The dealer can see what card each person plays and deal the cards accordingly. You'll get great cards and your opponent will get shit - or vice versa.
The thing to keep in mind is that having perfect cards spoon fed to you on curve does not make you "good at the game". Conversely being dealt unusable cards while your opponent draws perfectly doesn't make you "bad at the game". Strategy and skill are not part of this game anymore. Empty your hand, top deck the game winner, repeat.
Please give me a good deck that works in ranked. I can only win with highlander hunter but I'm tired of it. Tried secret rogue and galakrond priest and they don't work. But for some reason when I faced galakrond priest, they get super good rng and copies my galakrond turn, and then copies my Tirion Fordring. When it's like this it doesn't matter what you play. You will always lose...

Any deck works in ranked. Just keep playing. Eventually you will average out at about a 50% win rate. Doesn't matter if you are playing the cancer of the week deck or some hodge podge deck you threw together. The ZTG based matching system will maintain the overall 50% win rate. It has nothing to do with your deck or your opponent. You can't beat manipulated RNG.

How do some people reach legend if this conspiration you are describing is true? The fact that I keep getting win streaks with my hunter and far from 50% win rate with other decks proves your theory wrong. Ranked is mainly about your deck and what kind of matchup you get, but rng can sometimes tip the scales to either side. I've had no luck whatsoever with it.
If I just kept playing with decks that get steamrolled, I would trash my entire room in rage. No game has ever made me as angry as when I lose after seeing the opponent controlling everything as he pleases. It feels like I did something wrong, and I don't know how to handle it. No one on my rank is that good, and blaming rng only works to an extent. Remember this is the "Blow off steam thread" so no abuse please.

Welcome to 3 years ago. Exploratory patents are extremely common for one. Intent for this one was to induce incentive to make micro transactions for skins as stated in the actual patent. Was also stated not to be implemented, which doesn’t really mean much on its own, granted. But if you are right, go make a new deck, let the algorithm fill in all cards randomly and cruise that to diamond 5 with 50% winrate

This sounds plausible as horrible as it might seem. It would explain a lot of my matchups, and why people with pay to win decks are more successful. I only have legendaries for a few full decks, and for some classes I'm missing most of them. Seeing those big minion DHs or warrios might make you want to buy, except I've already decided not to spend much money in this game.
Even if there are some retard budget face hunter decks that can win by just completing a sidequest, I think the system he's talking about is actually in place. The algorithm can't be solid enough to cover every deck.

They should just rename the game ZTG since it is clear now that the game reads the board to determine which card to deal.

SWD could easily be 4 or more attack without being op. It's still a situational card.
