If you have a sizeable wild collection, I recommend you try playing wild before you disenchant the cards. I found that the format is refreshing to play compared to standard, as up to rank 10, there is a greater diversity of decks. It's also easier to climb the ladder.
No & No. Wild is extremely fun and has a very diverse meta game. I would keep all cards as a lot of people that have d/e their wild cards in the past have come to regret it.

If you do so, you will have limited cardpool for some of the brawls, but it is not a problem for you I suppose. (I am a bit jealous, because wild is a lot of fun and I do not have all the GvG and GT cards...)
The main question is: what will you do with all the dust? Complete Classic cards that never rotate off? Craft some cards from this/last years expansions? They will rotate off in some time too...
disenchanting half of your collection or w/e it is, is never a good idea and I can guarantee if you were to do it, you would regret it later down the line because the amount of people that do is rather high and they all wish they had never disenchanted them, there has been many threads on here about people regretting dusting their collection and wish they could turn the clocks back, so no just don't do it. lol
I also don't play wild much and don't spend much money on cards so I find myself in a similar situation.
Last year I took the approach of dusting cards that I never played even when they were in standard with the thought that if I was unlikely to include them in a deck in standard, I was really unlikely to ever use them in wild. I probably dusted about 1/4 to 1/3 of my wild cards this way and used the dust to craft cards for the decks I enjoyed playing in standard. This is probably what I'll do again this year.
Here's an example: During the roll over, I kept cards like Dr. Boom and Brann Bronzebeard that were in standard decks that I liked to play, but there were cards like Majordomo Executus and Maexxna that I had in my collection and I doubt that I ever played them so they went on the dust list. With a little forethought, you can get quite a bit of dust and still have good cards in your wild collection to work with if you decide to play.
you should do it, dust all wild cards, and when the day comes when standar becomes the rage inducing boring fest it is bound to become, spend those hard earned dollars buying wild packs from the store thats what blizzard is aiming to
in other words, don´t do it you will regret it hard, like all those guys buying video cards to mine bitcoins right now(too much expent little to non profit, going away soon)
Considering Wild and Standard are like playing two different versions of the game, you are really limiting the amount of variety you will have in your games.
Don't do it. Be patient and just craft the cards you want when you get the dust naturally. Or spend money.
Everyone eventually moves to wild or quits. Would you rather reduce your options to quit when standard gets bad again as it always will? Seriously, standard is just a scam done by Blizzard to make people consider stuff like this. Standard never has been a more interesting format than wild and never will be as long as blizzard continues their power creeping.
Hey I'm a guy who did this, like the minute they announced wild I decided I was not going to want to play it so I literally checked everything and every rotation I did the same thing.
If I had to share one piece of sage wisdom should you take this path, do not disenchant actually good cards from the adventures. Go ahead and do some research and check out which legendaries probably will never be worth playing and which ones you should hold on to, keep any epics just in case unless you absolutely need some dust, but with the exception of some notable Commons and rares you can just Chuck those.
Be very careful when disenchanting Adventure cards because the only possible way to get them back afterwards is to craft them for their full value, the one regret I probably have is disenchanting my Reno Jackson not for Wild play but because Tavern brawls can use wildcards still and I completely forgot about something like that when I committed to this

Hi i'm Tyler and I play hearthstone and watch anime.
Sometimes i make cards. I'd like to do that for a career one day if ever possible.
No, give wild a try. It is the better hearthstone with all your old friends.
True and I agree Wild is the better format, but I can't wait for the nerfs. Priests are an issue there, just like Standard but the changes should help out a bit I think.
- You get one initial surge of more dust than usual when looking to craft a higher amount of competitive standard decks.
- If you 100% never want to play wild then you free your collection of cards that are completely useless for you in standard ladder.
Cons:
- Without paying lots of real money you will never be able to fully catch up and close that gap in your deckbulding/collection should you ever regret your decision and want to switch to wild.
- You make it more likely to not be able to farm faster TBs for your 100g daily cap because you'll be missing some key wild cards that dominate certain brawls.
- You make it harder to clear PvE bosses in older and newer adventures/adventure-like bosses (such as LK) because you are limited to standard decks only.
- The initial surge of dust mentioned above dries up quickly if you aren't playing only one tier deck for every meta in standard. When that happens you're back in the same dust situation as you were before dusting wild cards.
- When dusting your wild collection you are more likely to burn out on the game if you dislike seeing only a few decks on ladder and ladder is your main draw of the game. Wild ladder, and even casual for that matter, have a much higher chance of seeing a larger amount of different decks in a single day than say standard does. (This is one of the few big reasons why you see so many standard posts along the lines of "Omg, priest, priest, priest, lock, lock, lock, pally, priest. This meta is so stale!"

It is concerning that aggro took a big blow with losing Patches. Priest still has Reno & Amara. In control vs aggro match-ups the former simply gained more anti-aggro tools while the latter simply lost steam.
What are the pros and cons of Disenchanting all wild cards?
Should I also DE adventure cards?
1) I never played wild
2) I consider myself casual player
3) I have spent under $100 USD in this game
4) I have tons of wild cards, I started before first adventure came out.

I personally will not DE.

Do it! Just go for standard netdecks, spend money and disenchant all other cards! <Ben laugh>
sry, double post, delete this.

No! I miss my Kel'Thuzad so much...
If you are a casual player, do it. Get all the dust while you can.
Dead but dreaming

When you play wild, you only need a handfull of cards per expansion, playing wild is cheaper. And, wild is more fun.
Just played standart 10 games to get the rogue hero and couldnt stand not to be able to use my cards due to "Reasons"
