Guys, i am have been playing HearthStone for 3 weeks now, my highest rank is Rank 16, I think i am good at piloting decks but i am really bad at building them, i am a F2P player.
Can someone look at my collection and tell me what cards to disenchant and what decks i can build with my current collection?
While not specifically deck advice, to save a lot of writing you might want to read Mistakes New Players Make in order to avoid them.
The problem you face is a common one, your card collection is small so it limits what decks you can build. There are no fast fixes other than spending a boatload of cash. Disguised Toast has a good site and this page lists beginner decks. You may not have all the cards in them, but learning how to substitute is an importing part of learning deck building.
I recommend to see Mage (or other class) decks here at http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/ - you will see what cards you are missing - or hsreplay.net. Or check some streamers - kiwiinbacon does a lot of deck showcasing - even f2p. Other streamers to check (IMO): Disguised Toast, Thijs, Hoej, Kolento, Stancifka...

It is interesting that you have double Corpsetaker; maybe in the future you would like to try and make a deck for them.
As far as (dis)enchanting cards go, i'd wait 2 weeks after the patch goes live (as was already suggested); nevertheless you could already craft both Corridor Creeper and the second Bonemare, play them and then disenchant them for full dust value when the patch comes (or keep the second Bonemare if it turns out not a bad card after all).
thank you so much for replying and taking the time to browse the collection, my problem is always finishing the decks with cards that are not essential to define the deck, this is evident by me having way better win percentage playing the 0 dust basic decks found in the disguised Toast website than playing any deck that i create even if I make a high dust-cost one, so unless i get a specific deck-list i will find a way to sabotage the suggested decks

Well I'd say that deck-building is a skill you need to be a well-rounded HS player; nevertheless I have too much free time on my hands. Here you go:

The reason is likely that the ones on Toasts website are well rounded. They give you cards to play at different stages of the game. Building a deck isnt just putting in a bunch of high cost cards, but having cards when you need them to answer what you opponent is playing.

I agree with you but I would rephrase your last sentence: building a deck isn't just putting in a bunch of high cost cards, but rather having cards that form a strategy and exploiting any synergy among them, as well as having cards to answer with in different (unfavorable) scenarios.
the best f2p deck for climbing the lower ranks is without a doubt midrange hunter. In addition, the magic of this deck is that there are many incarnations of it, and while some are better than others, they all are pretty reasonable.
this deck doesnt look very different from any other midrange hunter that you could build, and mostly follows your collection.
The main dust sink in this deck, the corridor creepers, will be refunded in a few months, as will the second copy of bonemare, so that shouldnt really be a problem.
The other cards that you dont have are the crackling razormaws, 1 jeweled macaw, and the 2 alleycats. However, those cards are all necessities in Midrange hunter, and only alleycat rotates in the next cycle. These are also all commons, and should be manageable.
If you have some spare dust, you can try to make a cheap spiteful priest , all cards you potentially have to craft for it are good enough to invest in. Drakonid Operative is rotating after a couple months, but they are only 200 dust.
As for some general advice, you can get some free packs if you haven't got them already, its simple enough.
I am really enjoying the game and the community is just the icing on the cake, i did not expect all these replies and effort from the forum. hoping that one day i will be the experienced one and help new players
I will test the decks you suggested and will get back with the results in a few days time

Favorite class: Mage
least Favorite: Rouge
Thank you in advance
I would suggest you to wait until 2-3 weeks after the nerfs to see which decks will be good....

Dust does not burn a hole in the jar. Be careful what you craft, especially before and right after a rotation.

I browsed your collection and came up with 3 ideas with the cards you have:
