Just a quick question, I just got a golden Corridor Creeper a minute ago, so I'm wondering will I get 1600 dust from disenchanting him when the nerf patch drops or not? Can cards that are acquired from opening packs be disenchanted for full value, or only those that have been crafted?

You ar more likely to get 400 dust - which is the dust value of a golden epic.

You get the dust that it costs to craft it on a nerf. not the Disenchant value.. 1600 dust after the nerf goes live

Yes, if you disenchat nerfed golden cards you do get the full dust cost of the card(in this case 1600).

Ooh! I actually made an actual mistake for a change. So that's what that feels like. Serve's me right for trying to be helpful when I'm distracted. You should frame this moment. I know you've been waiting for it for a very long time! Lol! Have a free pat on the back. It's good to know that I have anal people ready to knee-jerk as soon as I actually get somethingwrong for a change.
To the OP: my apologies, I was mistaken. Even though you said (and I wrote) "golden", I was thinking of "regular". My bad.

I legitimately don't have any beef against you, I just don't like the fact that you act as if you knew way more about this game than you actually do, and present your opinions as facts that everyone should abide to.

For the record, I have never once told anyone that I know more than them (that wasn't a direct response to some brag of their own which I may have happily debunked). If you think I act in a certain way, that's not really my fault - that's how you perceive it; I can't really do much about that, I am afraid. I have said numerous times on these forums that I'm only human and I do make the odd mistake. And I'm always happy for it to be pointed out politely to me - 99% of the time if that happens, I'll happily eat humble pie and admit I was wrong. (if it's a factual error) But when the person comes out the blocks with insults and disparagement, I'm less likely to want to respond in accommodatingly.
Opinions are different. I am perfectly entitled to have opinions that others disagree with. That doesn't mean my opinion is wrong. Far from it. Even if 100 people happen to disagree. That's because it's an opinion and there is no "factual" answer. The case in point here was not an opinion. So it was certainly not me "presenting my opinion as fact". It was a statement based upon a mistaken reading of the OP's post - as simple as that. And I was more than happy to apologise to the OP for getting it wrong. It happens. No big deal.
Trying to imply that I act like I know better than others has no merit. That's a sign of personal insecurity and lacking confidence, rather than anything I am doing. I can't control how you choose to read things. I'm both flattered that you think I think I know more than other people on here (since that means that I must exude some sort of confidence in my posts, which is encouraging to know) and also sorry that it causes you such concern that you you feel that way about them.
Perhaps a better way of responding next time might be something like: "I think you're wrong on that one because XXXX..... " or "I don't think you've got that right, because XXXX..." Starting off by insulting someone and telling them not to post again because it hurts your ego isn't going to get them to want to listen to what you have to say next, in fairness. Try the more civil approach. You may be surprised how much of a better response you will get to it.
(This stuff is valid in the real world as well as online)

Bullshit. Of course you get 1600 Dust for a golden Corridor Creeper if you disentchant him after the nerf hits.

I have told you earlier what my stance is regarding "insults" on the Internet. There are obviously people who push it too far, with actual personal insults that are legitimately capable of hurting someone else (ie, wishing cancer upon someone, or making fun of lost relatives) but I don't think you will find a single post like that made by me on Hearthpwn.
Since you are a programmer yourself (or at least claim to), you probably know how the ass kissing and general political correctness works in this line of work in big companies. Since I have to put up with that bullshit in my daily life, I'm not about to do the same when I come to a gaming forum to chat with other videogame nerds (I do hope the term "nerd" isn't offensive to you). I don't mean to offend anyone else by calling them "bad players" or "noobs", or anything of the sort, and to the people that do get offended by that sort of thing, I feel sorry for you.

I'd love to say I have the faintest idea what any of that was about. What do big companies have to do with anything? Seriously, what? o.O I asked you to be polite - you know, like a rational human being. Hardly too much to ask, really. If you cant handle such a simple request, that's on you, bro. Just think - this whole conversation could have easily been avoided with a simple "Actually, you got that wrong..."

Nerfed cards will be disenchantable for their full cratfing cost for a short while post-nerf.
I don't remember this. If it is true, it would be the best time ever I have been wrong.

1600 dust dude

Nerfed cards get full value dust for 2 weeks after the nerfs happen including golden. So you’ll get 1600 dust.
Agree, 400 dust for regular one, 1600 dust for golden one, after the nerf hits.
