Both murloc and aggro paladin would be top tier 1 (by winrates, but not by popularity). Rin warlock will be higher than cube version(and also t1). Rin lock and increasing popularity of big priest will keep cubes in check.
We may also see kingsbane and miracle rogue in tier2.
I don't think this is overly accurate. While controlock is insanely strong against agro, there are alot of decks that can beat controlock that weren't in the current meta since they fair so poorly against agro/zoo and highlander; the decks that are getting the bat.
The best example I can offer is kingsbane mill rogues. I grinded to r5 this season with a DR cube variant and control locks are what kept my winrate above 50%. The decks that run over mill rogues are all decks that use 3/4 of the nerfed cards so mill rogue just got a massive buff to say the least.
Another good example is overload combo shaman, powerful but slow, another deck that suffered against the agro/tempo meta decks. It can easily beat controlock with a well timed devolve, because whats a controlock going to do against 4* giants with deathrattle and windfury?
Honestly, controlock will still be a top tier deck, anyone saying it will totally dominate hasn't really looked at the wider variety of decks out there that are going to become more playable in this meta due to the upcoming nerfs. They're just putting the current meta/netdecks in a bubble.
It's entirely possible we see more midrange decks. Not saying elemental shaman will be good, but one major contributing factor to its failure is it's weakness to aggro.
That said, aggro will still be a thing. It will simply morph into something that answers the meta. Also, murloc and aggro paladin aren't dead and zoolock can easily switch up its build. The control warlock we see today might have to make changes to compete against decks built to answer it.
If CubeLock becomes the new meta dominance, I'm going to seriously enjoy Aggro Hunter for a while. (I can't believe I'm even saying that! Haha!)
It is insanely good against CubeLock and of the 80+ games I've played with it, I have only ever lost to CubeLock once. And that's because he topdecked an answer before dying to lethal the next turn.
I hate recommending aggro decks generally, but if CubeLock is making you sad, you should def try this one for a bit. Be warned though, it dies horribly to Burn Mage and Jade Druid - those are your "Fear" matchups lol
Highlander priest just cries salty tears too, which is nice.
Despite being a meme deck, Treachery warlock does great against its cube brethren.
Gnomeferatus have a knack to eat Cubes, N'zoth, Doomguards and Bloodreaver Gul'dan, Skulking Geists can get 2-4 cards voided. (Dark Pacts usually).
Howlfiend combo tends to discard a great amount of your opponent's hand and often key cards, and manipulating their Voidlords/Voidwalkers health can help fuel the Defile.
If you launch the combo BEFORE your opponent can go DK and he doesn't ragequit, it will give you a second Howlfiend to exploit when he resummons his slain demons.
You have enough board clears, and can be bold enough to kill a Lackey and strike down what it brings.
Rin is a clunky add, but if it is going slow for him, it is fatal.
You cannot use lackey, skull or Master Oakheart, as it robs your signature combo.
Agree with you entirely, but I'm kinda skeptical about shaman. The combo you mentioned is admittedly strong, but kinda hard to pull, the problem however imho is not with the set-up, but with drawing all the pieces. This is where shaman suffers - the card draw overall, as all of the good options are only available in wild (ancestor's knowledge, azure drake and what not) and in this regard shaman benefits from its card draws only in the short term, as they try to end the game quickly. The more you postpone it ... well, almost every other class except hunter can overwhelm you by card advantage.
Miracle Rogue gets quite a big buff and I am so looking forward to it :)
but, but miracle rogue always included patches (with 2 swashburglars)
you sound like a rogue player, how imho should we fill the gap?
Look at miracle builds before swashburglars appeared. It can be earthen farseer, si:agents, even deadly poison. Btw current builds dont include Hallucination, it can be great replacement for pirate package
But don't forget, that the card pool was different back then. Rogues had 2x Azure Drakes and 2x Tomb pillagers + the HoF-ed conceal and maybe other things, which I can't name atm.
But imho, and I don't want to offend anyone, miracle rogue doesn't have anything new or strong to offer. Even if you include Vanish, Valeera and concentrate on the end-game value, this deck will still feel fair to play against. But imho it will be another case with Kingsbane rogue - it shows so much potential to thrive, as if the meta becomes slow, then this deck wrecks slow decks by milling them, by vanishing every threat (slowing the opponents even more), by running an endless damage-dealing source. This deck has more win-conditions that the miracle variant.
But this is my opinion, I don't have any knowledge of the rogue class, so I don't think, that my opinion can be the correct one at the end.
aggro is not going to go away, murloc pally will replace aggro paladin, these decks that people predict will rise will not, in fact they will probably die due to there no longer being as many priests who can't run them over in 4 turns.

You are definitely right, that miracle Rogue stays a "fair to play against" deck. I guess for the next two months the Valeera version with Giants and Spiders is absolutely viable (like the one I posted today http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1030262-after-nerfs-miracle). The Patches was a nice inclusion but never as strong as in decks with Captains and Prince. Depending on the coming meta's pace I will use Hallucinations, maybe keep the Burglers or try another Sap (against Cubes and stuff) or even Fireflies.
Ooh, I forgot about the spiders. Ok, I am kinda exhausted and I didn't really check the current builds, but the spiders, I admit, sound really promising. Yeah, really enthusiastic to see how the rogue decks will look like and which of them will become/remain popular in the next 2 months.
It's possible that people will end up being creative and a new type of deck will be introduced. I mean Keleseth wasn't very well used until the KotFT nerfs hit.

And also, don't forget Zoo Warlock and Miracle Rogue which will only benefit from Tempo Rogue's fall

sad to see warlock is not nerfed , you can see blizzard wants to shake things up , which is great to create room for other classes (e.g. hunter)
but letting warlock untouched means most of the decks in the ladder would be cubelock / cubelock counter, which is superrrrr boring :(
Do You guys think Mage will find it's place anywhere ?

And I will play more Mill as well, of course :D
Let's see how both decks will do.
Warlock, lots of warlock

Will there be more card hero ?
What will be the new expansion? and what type of card will be introduced ?
