On the timer, I completely disagree. Other than the bugs that usually come from Nozdomu effect, we have plenty, if not more than enough time to make a play. I mean .. do you want more time? For every 1 time a player legit runs out of time making a play, 10,000 other douchebags run the rope out for the first 4 turns without playing a single card.
The one thing I do agree with is the 100g per day limit. I know its there to stop bots, but limiting actual players should not be a thing. Granted, they could simply double it and that would just about fix it. It would be pretty rare for a player to get 60 wins in a day. I have hit the 30 win wall a few times, but that was with some marathon, rainy day playing.

If Blizzard had a product they sold where you could get exactly the card you wanted, I would be mostly happy with the game.
I think it's too expensive, but this game has basically replaced MTG for me so it has also assumed control of that portion of my fun money (I just can't bring myself to deal with physical cards anymore, it's a hassle to keep them and travel to places to play with them). If Hearthstone actually provided the level of depth and fun that MTG did, I would have no problem continuing to pay as much as I have, but I have cut back substantially over the last year.
MTG has a new online thing called MTG arena or something coming out soon, could try that?
I've actually started arranging some matches in cockatrice with my friends over discord rather than that. I think Wizards took too long to make a digitized version of their card game and the freewares have now completely overshadowed them. It would take all but a miracle for them to get any more of my business, sadly. I just can't justify the expense.

About the rope thing, I agree with what most said : it should not be increased for all players, because it would get abused by annoying players who like to do nothing for most of their turns.
However, to help legit long turns composed of tons of actions, the turn time could be increased by a small amount of time (say, 0.1 second for example) for each actual action taken (card played, attack with a minion, maybe also choice in discover/adapt, and maybe card draw). That way, players who do nothing would not have longer turns, but players having legit 100 actions in a turn would have ~10 more seconds.
