People here saying Defenitely no etc. have no clue how Hall of fame, game nerfs are used by team 5.
Sure its not a 100% change but there is no denial that this is a potentiasl candidate for a change set rotation or nerf just for the fact that it has charge and thus is easy abusible to combo cards.
But it reminds me of Fiery war axe discussion were people said that the card will never be changed or rotated and started to insult everybody who actually had a clue.
While its definitely not a 100% nerf hall of fame, just come here and writing no in the chat shows little knowledge about this game.
This is defnititely on Team 5`s list of possible fame cards. And i think it goes there wether or not there will be a problematic card in the next set that would otherwise break Cube/Combo, like Dreadsteed got nerfed because Deathspeaker and Defile were made.
You say I know nothing about the game, for saying it wont go there for sure, but you can say it will go there "wether or not there will be a problematic card in the next set"...
Did you look at the minions in HoF? All of them are neutral. They took the mana slot in EVERY deck, thus limiting the use of other cards with the same cost. They also had way too powerful abilities.
Is any of these things true to Doomguard? No. Is cubelock as opressive as jade druid (before nerf), pirate warrior(before nerf), razakus priest (to name a few real cancer decks)? No. It's a tier 3 deck for god's sake, and no, doomguard isn't a staple in every warlock deck, thus it isnt limiting the use of other cards, which means it isn't necessary to move the card to HoF.
Oh yeah, and basicaly its not even an otk deck, cause it cant deal 30+ dmg from hand like razakus, or quest mage/antonidas combo...
What sucks is I agree with almost all your points but stop with that Tier 3 shit argument.
Patron warrior had an under 50% win rate and it was easily the best deck of it's time. Decks have different skill caps which drastically change win rates.
Do you know what deck was most popular for the rat race yesterday? Raza priest, the "tier 3" deck.
Cubelock is a really strong deck. No, doomguard shouldn't be hall of famed cause that's ridiculous since you shouldn't hall of a fame a classic card based on a new expansion, since you can just nerf an expansion card instead. Doomguard shouldn't be touched regardless, but come on man, make your own points as you did before, and stop relying on VS stats. They are terrible in a vacuum.
If only they had just changed the charge mechanic waaaaaaay back when it first started causing problems. I suppose now they think it's too late, or don't want to admit they've grossly mishandled the situation.
They could print so many awesome, interesting cards if they just made it so charging minions can't hit face on the turn they enter play. If there are cards that need to be able to hit face immediately, make them the exceptions.
That is not a difficult rule to learn. It takes exactly one game for a player to grasp the concept.
It is time to change the rule, or just go ahead and remove all charge from the game.
(Not that I think Cubelock is that big a deal right now or that Doomguard is particularly problematic, but the deck does indicate how easily the mechanic can be abused, and I do think it's likely to get worse over the course of the coming year.)

1. I said everyone who says it wont go for sure has no clue about Team 5 and Nerf/Hall of fame mechanics i never talked about hearthstone in generall. And Yes if you say it wont go there for 100% sure your either trashtalking or you are actually member of team 5. Since I doubt the last one its the first. You simply cant know what they will decide and for which reasons. You can say you doubt itll rotate but you cant say you know that it wont rotate simply as that.
2. What have the neutral Minions in hall of fame to do with doomguard? Doomguard is not a neutral futermore the problem is not play on curve with doomguard the problem is combo potential.Thats ice lance PoW were not used in all decks. They were used in some decks with to much combo potential and were removed because of that and doomguard kinda fits this creteria thus its only logical to think of it as a possible Rotation card.
3 . And yes ofcause i can say thet they will remove/nerf it when theyre are future cards that break the combo. Look dreadsteed.
Does it need to get to hall of fame? No, its not a big problem atm. Is it possible that it will be nerfed or put there because of future combo interactions yes.
The issue is not Doomguard itself but the Charge mechanics; this ability is so good that even the heavy drawback of Doomguard (discard 2 cards!) is ok to get a 5/7 that can istantly attack your opponent's face. They've should reworked it already by making it able only to hit minions the turn when you play the charged-minion. I don't really know what they're waiting for.

For what profit is it to a man, if he gains the world and loses his own soul?
Doomguard isn't exactly high on my list of priorities to send down to the hall of fame. It's powerful yes, but not broken.
I'd be more worried about getting Ice Block down to the hall of fame first. I consider myself a huge mage player and even I think that card is cheating. It allows mages to ignore what your opponent's doing to the point where the mage is basically playing against itself. They either stall until they get the necessary burn/combo pieces or they scoop.
