I'd rate it at a 9. The community can be pretty annoying, but that isn't strictly the fault of the game as it is the generation of people. I also think a lot of beefs that other people have with the game are actually chalked up to those players actually not liking an aspect of the card games in general, not HS in reality (e.g. people complaining about opening hands winning games and wanting to be able to more or less pick their opening hands when even physical card games often don't allow you to even have a 'mulligan' for your randomly drawn starting hands).
In terms of execution it's by far a 10/10. People have tried to make online CCG games happen for a while and never even came close to hearthstone's popularity. In terms of addiction-forming it's also pretty high up there.
In terms of how much I enjoy it, I'd give it a 0/10 when I'm losing, a 6/10 when I'm winning, and a 4/10 overall.
For all the assets they've created and are capable of creating, 10/10. For Ranked being the primary way offered to people to try and use those assets to play and have fun, 1/10.
8.5. Would be probably much closer to 10 if Blizz wasn't SO greedy, the developer-community communication was better, and balance patches were released more often. Still, one of my favorite games.

5/10
For flavor: 8-9
for gameplay: 6-7
For Balancing: 3-4
for free to play: 2
4
caca
Hearthstone: 7 at best (when the expansion is released)
No other card game could compare to War Metal: Tyrant, even tho this game has already been shut down, it's still the best CCG I've ever played.

Okay, let's start at 10 as i still play it for 3 years and like it to some extent after that period of time.
-1 for no auto-mute button (maybe Unle Benz thinks emotes are fun and creative, i don't)
-1 for poorly optimized client (i know, a small indie company couldn't afford it, but nevertheless)
-1 for too much rng and overall dumbification so 6yo children can play it too
-1 for the lack of decent periodic events (brawls are too dull, sorry)
That makes 6/10.
